Balsamic Vinaigrette

recipe ingredients
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vingar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. crumbled dried basil
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. olive oil

recipe directions
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients except oil. Gradually add oil in a thin stream, whisking vigorously. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
