This sucks!
I am so tired of being SICK! This cold seems to get a little worse every dang day. Yesterday I really wanted to run since my race is 1 week away. Instead I came home from work around 1:30, took a nap until 4, watched a little tv and had dinner and went back to bed just after 7 because my head was pounding so hard I thought I might throw up. This morning I am feeling better than last night but still not good. I NEED to run on Saturday, I made my Dad sign up for this race and I’ve wanted to be able to run the whole way. 3 weeks ago I was training so hard and just knew this was going to be a good run for me. Now I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to run…
On a good note, eventhough last week was bad for me with both food and exercise, I lost 2lbs!
