I am thinking it would be good each week to take a look back and see where my strengths and weaknesses were, celebrate my victories and hopefully learn something to take with me in to the next week.
First week. 5 lb loss. My loss came towards the beginning of the week, and I didn’t know if it would hold, but it did for which I’m glad. I could have lost more, I think, but I had a couple days where I also ate a bit off plan than I meant to.
Goal for this upcoming week–stricter eating, no off plan food…see what happens when I am right on point for the entire week. I really do want to get this weight off, and although I am happy about what I lost, who knows what could happen if I was more careful!!
Week two: 4 Lbs lost, doing well, getting it together….I am excited and challenged!
