I want to see my collar bone again
I want to be able to wear both of my wedding bands again
I want to be able to climb a flight of stairs without getting out of breath
I want to be more comfortable in a swimsuit
I want eating well and thinking before I put anything in my mouth to be a HABIT
I want to exercise 3 days per week for 6 weeks
I want to be able to wear heels without aching feet bc of my weight
I want to have more squared shoulders
I want to be able to jog a mile without stopping
I want to be able to control my eating when I come home from work, and not have to snack before dinner
I want to STOP my habit of “tasting” too many times while I am cooking!
I will add more as I think of them! and cross them off as I accomplish them!
I want to fit back comfortably in my 14 pants
