Non Scale Victories!

Not all weight loss victories have to do with the number on the scale and some are even more rewarding!  So here is where I’m going to keep track of mine!

• The other day when I was taking a bath I noticed that my tummy doesn’t pop up out of the water like a little mountain anymore! It’s nowhere even close to the top of the water anymore!
• I need to get some of those little things that go on rings so they wont slip off! Even with those little things that make rings fit better my wedding rings are loose! Slip off!
• I’ve gone from a size 20w to a size 14 (and the 14s are getting loose!). I would say I’m probably a 12-11 now depending on the brand etc. Size 7/4 baby. Size 2/5, booya!
• I see muscle!  Especially in my legs! EVERYWHERE!!
• I can do sooooo much more before I get tired.
• That little pooch on my tummy (the lower part) doesn’t show so much in jeans anymore. It’s still there but most of time, it doesn’t show at all! Hardly anything there anymore
• I just reached a new belt hole! I’ve now reached the last hole on my belt! I need a new hole! I need a new belt!
• Thinking before I eat is now a habit!
• I can see my collar bone.
• My size 7 rings fit again! (Size 7 may not sound small to some but I have short stubby fingers, even at my smallest I don’t think my fingers where any smaller than a size 7). My ring size is a 6 1/2 now!
• Food has become just that, food.  I no longer live to eat, I’m eating to live!
• I’m starting to enjoy getting dressed again! I LOVE LOVE LOVE getting dressed!!
• My shoulders are starting to look awesome and defined!
• Wearing heals isn’t torture anymore, I stand and walk in them without pain!  And look sexy while doing it!
