HAHA, it seems to be the magic number for 2 weeks in a row- grr, plateaus suck. I know what I need to do, and I have to just suck it up and DO it. My back is healed up and doesn’t hurt as bad compared to last week, so I am going to the gym to start week 5 of C25k!! Aaahh! That means I have to jog for 8 MINUTES at a time. I better bring some good tuneage, hehe… And I am going to remember to STRETCH after every workout now.

Oh yeah, and we’re starting up another round of 20-Something’s Biggest Loser Challenge today!! GO TEAM ORANGE! I will try and do awesomely as your fearless leader;)

I went UP 2.0 lbs this week?! Blah, I don’t know what happened:( I am hoping that its just from the pizza party I had to go to yesterday for work- but it sucks because today is my official number for the week… Well, that is motivation to work even harder now, and I will try once more to get as close to the 100s as I can!

Sooo, I had my official weigh in today, and I’m DOWN 1.7 lbs! Aaaahhh awesome, I am jumping for joy! Last week I was 204.9 and today the scale said… 203.2! I’m pretty sure the fact that I chugged about a gallon of water last night and me running 2 miles yesterday had something to do with that nice number;)

But if you want to know how I did it, I have no idea; I really don’t deserve that big of a loss. I binged last Sunday night (1/31), after being sooo good the whole week before and staying within my POINTS range every day. It was really stupid, and my brain was saying “STOP, WHAT R U DOINGG!” But my hands kept reaching for the english muffins, cereal, 100 calorie packs and granola bars like they were expiring tomorrow. It was disgusting and I felt like crap after I put all that crap into my body. I could barely get to work on time Monday morning because I was so sluggish! And my neck was sore all day, which happened a lot when I used to overeat … So yeah. I had a food “hangover”, pretty much. I was depressed all day Monday because I stupidly stepped on the scale that morning, but I ate normal servings of normal food, and kept telling myself I could make up for that binge, somehow. Tuesday I started eating light lunches at work, exercising extra hard, and eating soup and veggies for my suppers. I did it every day for the rest of the week, sooo, I guess I found my willpower again! The old me would have just given up right away and said- “Oh, I fell of the wagon- I’ll start over next Monday…” (and then that “Monday” would never come, lol…)

I’m thinking, maybe I should have blogged this week instead of running away and hiding because I made bad choices. I have to get into the habit of writing here more than once a week, especially when I am having a bad week! I feel like I’m disappointing you guys when I have a binging episode (and gain 10 lbs of water weight in 2 days), but I should know by now that you chickies are pretty forgiving peeps:) (haha sry bad pun)

THIS WEEK’S GOALS: NO BINGING! And possibly lose 4lbs… to get into…ONEDERLAND!

Last Sunday I was sitting at 208.9, so WOW I lost 4.0 lbs this week! Yay! I really don’t even know what I did, besides watch my POINTS, drink lots of water, and exercise with 30-45 minutes of cardio every day (even when it was blizzarding and I didn’t want to!)

But here’s the thing. I had a tasty piece of chocolate cake for “cake day” in the office and I know I had a few other treats that seem like they would have canceled out the work I put in, lol:) Plus I went to Subway yesterday after seeing Avatar and had my favorite meal of a 6″ Turkey melt with a 1 serving bag of ‘Garden Salsa’ Sunchips and a diet coke. Crazy.

After all this time, I guess my body is still surprising me:P

60 lbs I’ll never see again…

It only took me 2 years of yo-yo dieting to get this far! haha. And guess what I found yesterday on a memory card? My “before” pictures! I totally forgot I had these, and I am really glad I didn’t lose them. I decided to do a comparison to one of my favorite profile pics from the middle of December. Can you see a diference?:)

I am going to check with my parents to see if they have any full body shots, but I was really camera shy then.

So I really need to find something to do besides eat when it comes to celebrating. I have been really good this month, but sometimes I get myself a little too high on my weight loss pedestal and then I’m like- “oh, I can have that extra piece of pizza- I deserve it!”… That’s a big flashing red light danger zone for me, because I still can get out of control really easily. And it doesn’t help that my two friends (who have already lost 70-80 lbs themselves) will tell me it’s OK to go food crazy once in awhile! HA!

So anyways, I am thinking that instead of buying food, I could save that binge money and treat myself to a movie or buy a new shirt, or a cool necklace, or makeup- something that I will be able to keep for more than 5 minutes, heh heh… What do you guys do to celebrate instead of eat? Also what do you do when you are stressed or sad, etc?
