we’ve all got wood and nails
So, got horribly, terribly sick last night. Might’ve been a subconscious thing. Might’ve been the grease. Might’ve been a combination of things. Regardless, that pizza made last night come from hell.
the good news?
217.4lbs this morning. Except for the fact that I still feel downright awful, it’s almost like the weekend never happened. Can I restart my momentum at this point? I sure hope so. I would love to see 2oh_._ in the not too distant future. I’m still wondering what my chances of hitting onederland are before Thanksgiving.
James seems to be under the weather too. He’s been running a low-grade fever and has been pretty fussy. I don’t know if I should chalk it up to teething or just one of those things babies get.
I wonder how rob is doing.
I’m going to be playing my menu pretty safe today as not to irritate my stomach any further.
I dug out some older panties (old in age, not in wear and tear) and they fit pretty well. No more sliding for the time being. the sliders have officially been demoted to TOM panties.
james is beckoning! I must go for now. Expect small updates throughout today.
lunch: 1 1/2 tuna sandwiches on Natures Own Light Honey Wheat bread with one serving lite ruffles. (altogether, approx 350 cal)
snack: Fiber One Caramel and Oats bar.
James’ fever seems to have broken for now but he seems to be napping a lot today. my poor baby
At least I can try to get a few things done around the house.
…apparently by getting things done, I really meant have another nap. Rob woke me up when he got home and now he’s the one sleeping, Jerk.
dinner: baked Tilapia filet, 1 serving brown rice with 1 tbsp chopped pecans, 1 serving frozen green beans.
might have a fruit bar later.

Well done on fitting into the old undies! Isn’t it great when you can journey back through your old clothes again?
Hope you feel better soon,K.
Oh my gosh, did I imply that Rob and James compared to one and a half men??? My bad! It’s obvious that Rob and James are at least two and a half, actually, downright tens!
I think the pizza made you sick. It does it to me. Since I’ve been eating healthy, greasy food makes me sick as a dog! I guess our bodies reject that crap now. I used to wonder about those people who’d say, “Oh no, I can’t finish that! It’s way too rich!” I’d be, like, “Well pass it over! I can finish it for you!” Can’t do that anymore. Funny, it’s sort of sad in a perverted kind of way…
Thanks for the nice comments today! I needed them!
(((Hugs!)))
Sorry to hear that the pizza made you so ill. Good to see the results on the scales though.
You are SO RIGHT! We can do this! I’m beginning to coast too much and thinking 150 by Christmas is pushing it. Well, DUH! Of course it’s pushing it if I don’t get a lot more serious than I have been! I’ve been eating pretty decent but I’ve got to get back to work on my treadmill! 150 by Christmas is just under 5 pounds a month and it’s ridiculous to be doubting that I can do that.
You and me, girl! Let’s get it done! Thanks for setting me straight!
