Back, almost 8 months later. Weight loss has slowed, but since I had a very long plateau from Jan to Sept I am accepting any loss and am happy. I am now looking not just at how many calories I have, but how I am getting them as well, developing sort of “whole food” tendencies. So I am going to use this blog as a food diary for a while, to post new things that work for me so I can come back and rediscover stuff in times where I find it tricky to make good choices.

Wow, your weight chart is GOREGEOUS!
I know you mentioned “long plateau” but it looks like picture-perfect Maintenance to me.
Maybe you’re maintaining at a weight higher than you want long term, but it is great training. Maintenance is about paying attention to diet, exercise & motivation and your weight staying basically the same.
Sounds like you are motivated to lose more. I guess you’ll have to figure out what to change from this “new normal” of the smaller you to get to your next goal.
I’m sure you can do this - you’ve done great so far!

thanks ^_^ but if you just extend that maintenance until september you get one frustrated weight losser lol! I guess it is good maintenance practce, but completely ready to move on now xD I’ll update the graph
