Thoughts: This was my initial “trial” month and think that it went well. I think that it is worth trying another month. Taking it month by month seems to work well for me. I struggled a bit towards the end of the month and got tired of weighing 196. It is difficult to get all these steps sometimes, but I know that this is working better than other things that I have tried. I would like to join some classes in the near future, perhaps in August when my son goes back to school. I think that they would help me a bit. :) All in all, this is a good thing. On to another month!

Thoughts: Wow! This month has been rough. I injured myself doing Muay Thai kickboxing and was forced to take a break. I adjusted my daily goals to work back up to 13,000 and I eventually got there. I feel like I learned a bit about myself this month. The number of required steps is getting really high, so there is little “wiggle” room.  I went on vacation over a long weekend and didn’t make a goal the whole time.  I spent the rest of the month trying to catch-up.  I am amazed, but I met my monthly goal with 802 steps to spare… whew!

BIG FAT GOOF UP TIME…..

It sure looks like I need something new.  Check out January for a new setup!
