So…I completely dropped the ball on blogging but I have been training as much as possible and today is the day. My Rugged Maniac adventure starts in 2 1/2 hours and I am as ready as I am going to be. I have been walking 3 miles a day for the past month and getting more walking in when I can. I have also been in a Brazilian dance class once a week. So…I hope it helped but I won’t really know until I get there. Luckily I am going with a lot of people so I won’t feel alone out there. I am pretty excited but also nervous enough to feel like I’m going to puke. But hey…life’s a roller coaster, right? So I have done all the physical and mental prep I could and now I just have to get out there. I’ll will definitely blog my experience as soon as I get back. Wish me luck!!!
