Springtime Focus Goals

Here are my goals for the Springtime Focus Group Thingy:
1. Stick to a 100% Raw Vegan Diet
2. Exercise 6 days a week/rest 1 day
3. Sunshine Therapy daily (weather permitting/cooperating) aka walk outside
4. Sleep minimum 7 hours a night (children permitting!)
