Back in the game

Well, after a week off running and my diet due to travel for work, and another week suffering from food poisoning, I’m back in the game. Just got in from my W9D1 of C25K.  I ran for 30 minutes without stopping. Was I fast? No. In fact a lady with a jogging stroller passed me at one point.  But that doesn’t matter. I don’t care how I look out there. I’m doing this for myself.

In scale victory news, I’m down 20 lbs as of today!

    Happy 20 lbs! I know the feeling of the woman in the stroller passing you as I once got lapped by a woman I SWEAR was 80! The great thing is that no matter how slow you go you’re still lapping everyone on the couch! Keep on, my friend!
