If you have a gym membership, you will want to make the most of that, but if you don’t, you can still exercise at home and get the same results.

When using weights, make sure to use the proper size; you don’t want them too heavy, but heavy enough to somewhat drain you after 10 to 12 repeats.
Most of the time, a 30 minute exercise session is all you need, but if you want to lose a pound a day, then you should double your time if possible. When you first start, you may only be able to do 20 or 30 minutes, but your goal should be to endure an hour of high intensity aerobics.
5. Exercise When Possible
Everything you do throughout your day will help you to burn calories, and there are many little things which you can do to help you burn even more. When going shopping park at the back of the parking lot. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, and walk on the spot while you stir the pot on the stove.
The most important thing to remember is that you get into a daily routine and stick with it. There may be times when you will have to miss a day, but try to get back into it the next day, or as soon as possible.
