Default Good morning

Diana, maybe I've asked you this before, but what is monk fruit?

Met my goals for yesterday. Took in 1215 calories? Seems low for all the snacking I did, but mostly it was low-calorie snacking. I had such a relaxing & refreshing day yesterday: pet chores, online church, took a nap, played scrabble, read, played scrabble, more pet chores, played scrabble, watched "All Creatures Great and Small." My brother took care of my parents.

Today's plan: 1200-1400 calories, 2 liter water, veggies, fiber, cal/vit/min supp., sit-ups, recumbent bike &/or leg press weights.

Awww, you slept in Ciecie! Good morning.

Rachel, lol, like that scrabble. Do you Like Words With Friends? I like the app...would love to play sometime.

Yay Terri on the biking! Thats not too bad for diet either

NANCY!! I love you woman! Good for you! Yes I joined ww, because I used it years ago and I lost weight. I am eating lots of 0 points foods which on another diet was a NO.NO. haven't lost anything and instead have gained to 192.8 from 190.8 since starting BUT im terribly sore from working out so I can eat more!! Hahahaha.

My abs are shredded and my legs are so sore. Pretty sure there is body recompositioning going on.

I am getting a new body composition scale, its only $3o but it had great reviews

Usc, thank God your daughter is fever free

Larry, omg fella, get that heart taken care of. Praying for smooth surgery and speedy painless recovery.

Proverbs 16:3
Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts should be established.

A woman I know carried a pocket New Testament with her wherever she went. Often I would see her pull it out of her pocketbook and begin reading. One day I asked her why she seemed so intent on her reading whenever I saw her. She said, 'I read it whenever I get hungry. I'm trying to control my weight, so whenever I feel a physical hunger, I feed myself spiritually instead. It takes my mind off my hunger and puts it where it should be-on the Lord.' What a wonderful lesson. If we will find new ways to include God in our diet, He will turn our thoughts where they need to be!

Today's thought: There are ways to be fed (spiritually without getting fat!)

Hi Everyone!

Today I had the precancerous area on the tip of my nose frozen. I will go back in 6 months for a followup. After I finished with my appointment I did a mall walk. I always wear sunscreen, but being inside is probably a better choice. I ordered a 4 drawer filing cabinet to try to move some of the office and personal files out of the file boxes. It is a bit too large for the area I had planned to put it in. I will move it to the other side of the room tomorrow. This project will take up most of my day. Our house is so small and it's kinda difficult to move things around like that.

Total Approx 1525 calories +

Breakfast (420 calories & )
overnight oats 420
coffee w/cream & sugar

Lunch (540 Calories)
Bistro organic Spinach Salad with Chicken 240 calories
cashews/almonds 300 calories

Dinner (565 Calories)
Evol chicken enchilada bake 380 calories
zucchini "rice" 75 calories
chocolate pudding cup 110 calories

Exercise
1 hour mall walk & Classical Stretch Lose Inches Off Your Body

Have a Blessed evening!

Default Good morning

Jen, I've heard of Words with Friends. I think my sister-in-law does that. She does it on her phone, I think. If I ever do it, I'll let you know!! Not the best time for me to do it right now, though. Do you play it a lot? Do you both have to be on at the same time to play? Must be a phone app? I'm interested in hearing more about it.

I took in 1200 calories yesterday. I did not get in the exercise goals though. Met the rest.

Today's Plan: 1200-1400 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, cal/vit/min supp.

Matthew 5:8
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Once we decide something is wrong, (being overweight, for example), then doing that thing is sinful. Some may say, 'Well, the Bible doesn't say obesity is a sin.' The Bible does tell us that anything we do that makes us less than God created us to be is a sin. To be pure in heart means to try to do everything we know we ought to do. We ought to regard our own bodies with respect. We ought to be an example for others to follow. We ought to do all we can to be all we can. When we stay true to what we know in our hearts is right, then we will be assured of a place with God in His kingdom.

Today's thought: I will do all I can to be all I am meant to be!

Hello!

My computer is really slow today.

A family member related a story today: Someone heard a scream in the middle of the night. Thought it was the dog chasing the cat. The cat ran in followed by a critter. The person got out of the room with the cat and the room was secured. It was a coyote. One of the outer doors was left open a tad... Police came and got the "beast" and released it into the wild. I guess there was a growing population of these canines in the woods and people in the area were missing some of their pets...

I feel sleepy today. I finally biked/wt. lifted last night. I am eating too much.

Good evening! Didn’t do a lot today. Will power walk to my meeting tonight. We took a break from meeting because our county’s COVID rate started going up. Now that it’s started going down we’re resuming.😁❤️
