Default Good morning

Yesterday was okay for calories intake. I took in 1250 and got my veggies and fiber and water in. Need to get more focused on the other stuff.

Today's Plan: 1200-1400 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, vit/min/cal supp., sit-ups, stretching, leg press for weights.

1 Peter 2:21, 24
. . .because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps. . .Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness. . .

It is good for us to remember, as we sit feeling sorry for ourselves because we may not indulge in tasty pleasures, that our sacrifice is not really so great when we compare it to the many sacrifices Christ made. What we are doing is indeed a sacrifice, but for self rather than for others. Christ sacrificed for us in order that we might enjoy life to the fullest. Let us learn from the sacrifice of Christ and remember that He has given us the power to overcome any temptation that might present itself.

Today's thought: Christ has conquered temptation and will be with me!

Hello!

CieCie: So sorry about your loss....
Usc: You are doing so well. I wish I had your ego strength...
Diana: Hope that there is nothing there.

No exercise Saturday or Sunday. But I biked 40 with some wt. lifting yesterday. I think I will do the same tonight. I just looked at the weather report. I do not think I will be going out even though it is above freezing. I had too much junk food yesterday, I did have a couple of tacos and a little sundae today. My problem is eating "other people's food". When I eat my "diet food" alone, I do not feel satisfied.

A lot of motivation and and write up are out there for weight loss and diet, but when it comes to puting them into practice it all boils down to personal decision and consistent habit and psychology of the individual requiring assistant.

Default discipline and consistency

I have read and listened to several orators and presenters on dietery and skills for weight loss and I have come to belief that the problem always is on our psychology , habit, discipline, decision and above all - consistency.

Hello!

I biked tonight. I did the 40 with wt. lifting. It was pretty easy stuff because I biked "backwards" so there was no resistance. I guess I will do the same today. I have been trolling around the house for food. Only junk food satisfies me...I wish I wasn't like that. I wish that there was an energy/satiation pill. I opened up a jar of red curry sauce this week. It tastes okay...I think it is good for me to try new stuff.

Anyway, I am happy that I am back in exercise mode. I just have to do a "little tweaking" each week regarding diet and exercise.
