Zonie - Looks like periods can get synced up in cyber land as well.

Zonie and Teri - When the site bounces you out, just sign back in. Your post will still be there, I promise.

Teri - Sunny and Mu, aw, even their names are cuties.
I'm intrigued by that homemade fiber bar. Have you made it yet? I think I'll get the brownie mix so I can give it a try.

merowi - Wow, that's a lot of mall walking, nice!

Monte - I really should start drinking those. Salt helps me a lot, but the water retention is annoying.

flower - I'd probably have to give chewing first place too!

10/10 Weight - 140.6

I'm similar in that I do better when I cut out carbs and sugar, including fruit. I find it is unsustainable for me, though. So I try to be as carb free Monday-Friday and relax a bit on the weekends. I've also found calorie counting super helpful - so I know that even though I went over on carbs, I stayed on plan in terms of calories.

Right now I'm struggling because we had apple pie for dinner last night, and I'm starving this morning!

Lots of cats! They can be expensive when they get older, but they are cheap when they are young. We have four - two indoor and two outdoor. The indoor ones are brother and sister and I love the way they interact. We lost our best cat to cancer a few years ago. He was only 7 and we still miss him. We were going to take a break from cats after that, since my husband is allergic, until my son and husband came home one day with four kittens they found in our local cemetery. We kept two and adopted out two. I love having a house full of animals - except for all of the hair! My vacuum gets a workout almost every day!

Hi everyone. I've been struggling with getting exercise in so maybe this will help keep me accountable. I think it helped posting my weight earlier in the year.

This morning I started Jillian 30 day shred level 1. My goal is to exercise daily. I would love to do the DVD for a month and just see if there is any improvement in muscle tone. I would like to commit myself to 30 days of this.

Hi everyone, happy Monday to you!

Just have time for a short post before I head out for the day.

Sundove - thanks for your thoughts on IR. Hope you have a better day today. I can relate to your eating yesterday. Hope you have a better day today.

rachelinala - hi and welcome! Hope this check-in helps you reach your goals.

Diana - great job on your food and exercise!

Greetings no support to everyone I missed!

Yesterday's new stats - had a binge - calories 2,450, 1,250 over; carb 252, 152 over; fat 118, 68 over; sodium 4,410, 2,110 over; sugar 86, 41 over; water 52 oz., 32 oz. under. Yikes! Bad day for me.

WI - 203.2, up .6 from Oct. 1.

Plan for today - calories 1,460; carb 64; fat 76; protein 141; sodium 2,888;sugar 35.

Exercise - cardio at gym 45 minutes, expect to burn 275 calories. Strength training, lower body, 20 minutes. Stretching, 15 minutes. Got up too late to walk the dogs outside this morning, weather too warm.

Still TTOM, feeling fatigued, despite 10.5 hours of sleep last night! Slept only 4.5 the night before. So, was probably catch up. Am logging my sleep to report to doctor and to see if there is any discernable pattern. Am changing days I work out. Last week's 4 days in a row was clearly too much. Prior routine, before upping to 4 days a week, was M,W,F. It was nice to have a break in between w/o. So, new plan is to w/o M,T, then day off W, then w/o T,F. Hopefully, this will aid my fatigue and won't burn me out.

Hope everyone has a great day and stays strong!

Concrete for driveway is poured and finished. I am exhausted beyond anything I can remember. My dad didn't like the price the concrete finishers gave, so we did it ourselves. 16000+ steps, plus most of those steps involved some kind of concrete moving. I shall go to bed and hope that I can move come morning time. Hope y'all had a good Monday.

Hi Everyone!

rachelinala Welcome back!

I couldn't workout today. A customer dropped off a truck and was waiting for a ride in the office. He had to wait over an hour and it was during my workout time. After work, I needed to go to my CPA's office. One of the roads was blocked due to water. I went the other way and got stuck in the back up traffic, since the other road was blocked and the evacuees coming back home. We left work at 5:30 and got back home at 9:30. Crazy day, but still feeling blessed. So this will be another quick one. Maybe things will be a little more smooth tomorrow and I can do personals.

Soooo I fell off the wagon with getting onto 3fc to post my daily results, but I didn't quit working towards my goals! I am just super busy with work and don't have time to post at night anymore! I will try to make more time.

Update for Sept: I nailed my goal and exceeded it again (185 lbs)

Goal for October: 9 lbs - Down to 175 lbs

My eating was not on point today but I did a double workout and got in 17,000 steps. Hopefully that balances out! I have a weigh in on Saturday so I need to be on point!

today the scale moved, but in the wrong direction! I should be careful what I ask for! 161.2

b - greek yogurt, mixed nuts
s - skinny pop (LOL I typed poop at first! ), deli turkey
l - grilled chicken breast, zucchini and yellow squash w/cheese
d - omaha steak burger patty, sandwich thin, guacamole
s - mixed nuts, reduced fat swiss

Beautiful day yesterday, pretty cool morning same when it got later in the day. I guess that time of year is upon us.

Back to the routine today, not bad yesterday with the day off, lower this morning than last week so that's good.

Smile October 2016 goals

Hi there,

Chunkalunka, never tried the black bean brownies, just heard about...made lots of baked goods with oats, ww flour, and apple sauce. I heard that you grind up the bean and put it back in the can and fill it up with water. You might have to fiddle with the water to see what works best.

Tacos in Texas, many, many, many years ago, I ate at a Mexican restaurant in El Paso. It was a lot of fun. It was cafeteria style, but when you wanted more, you put up a Mexican flag in front of your place setting. Had real chilies, sopapillas were wonderful. Back then it was really hard to find a Mexican or Chinese restaurant in PA.

Weight is a little better.

216/215.6/214

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
EXERCISE: skipped swimming 1 day, swam 25 minutes one day, walked 40 minutes, no abs, a little gardening.
DIET: used food mover a little, drank more water, ice cream cone, too many fiber bars, smiley cookies (4)
OTHER: returned overdue library books, gave away some clothes, found some silver to polish.

GOALS:
EXERCISE: swim or walk 5-6x/wk, abs, gardening.
DIET: food mover, record desserts, mindfulness, meditation, don't eat in front of tv, fridge, standing up, in car. Read book.
OTHER: sort stuff in den, bedroom, garage.
