Had another busy weekend and feel drained, got a little too much sun. Stayed on track though and even got in some extra walking

10/10 today.

Happy Monday!

MsTibbles, well that is as cute and clever as can be!

Perennial, do the soy lattes cause you any problems? If not, I don't see why you shouldn't have two.

PrairieQueen, yay! Congrats on the drop! And great job at the Italian place yesterday!

Lotsakids, welcome! Glad you're joining us! Wow, your weight loss is SO impressive! And I love the reminder in your signature! I hope you do have a great Monday and rest of the week!

Lovemylife, way to go! Leslie Sansone is wonderful. Before I joined the local Y, I used to do her videos for exercise. They were so convenient! Are you doing different workouts of hers this week or different workouts by different people?

Luckymommy, woohoo on the good night's sleep! It really is very important for weight loss. Supposedly during sleep is when we lose the most weight. I'm so sorry you are suffering a migraine though. I hope it goes away today! Mine tend to last for 2-4 days, so I know how miserable they can be! Yay on being down on the scale! :

Raining, great job on the good eating and exercise this weekend!

Today I am a 10/10 on eating, but I am still dragging physically so I'm only a 7/10 on exercise. I should have made it to the gym yesterday but they have limited hours on Sunday and I missed them and had to work out at home. My heart was not in it. I MUST get to the gym today!

Jacqui: I am just the opposite of you. I'd say I'm 10/10 for exercise, but about 7/10 for food. Just starving today.... Not really, but I'll have to be careful at lunch!

I am at 8/10 today for both. I gained a few ounces over the weekend and bumped myself back to the 190. I super bummed from it and am working hard to motivate myself back up. I was told being on my cycle made me retain more water, thus the weight gain.

Have been 10/10 today, that pound finally dropped back down, so hoping it will drop a little more for my weigh in tomorrow. Heading for 10/10 tomorrow too to you all!

Jacqui - they are really big soy lattes... 3 shots each.

Menu for today:

- Soy latte
- Green tea with lemongrass
- Green tea tablet (burrrrrn)
- Seaweed salad
- Squid salad or Sashimi
- Dinner TBC

I think I have been having too much rice lately which has stalled my WL.

Hoping for a good loss this week. Good luck all xxx

Slashnl, I hope you made it through today eating the way you really want to eat instead of the way you may have felt compelled to eat! I struggled with hunger yesterday, which is really rather unusual for me, but everything was out of the ordinary for me yesterday. I made it through only on sheer stubbornness, lol! I hope you did too!

Ladyvwj, oh yes, TOM will definitely cause you to retain water weight! Just stick with it and it will fall back off!

MsTibbles, yay on losing that pound! Onward and downward!

Perennial, ah, ok, lol! And yes, rice will definitely cause you to hold water!

I made it to the gym today, so I'm happy about that. I don't know if it will make a difference on the scale, but I'm hoping so!

I woke up feeling really good... like an 11/10. My scale at home even showed me at 185lbs, which means MF scale will be about 188. However, my boss returned from vacation today. I was told we are going out to lunch and I can't bail out. I was hoping not to go out of my menu plan today but it looks like I will have to improvise. Researched the restaurant menu. Got my lunch picked out. But still double the work out for me later. So now I am feeling 8/10.

Awake at 4 am for a wee and couldn't get back to sleep. So a lot time in the gardens this morning weeding and picking beans.

I'm a 10/10 right now and feeling good.

Have a great day ladies!

I remember those days...stay strong! I'm a teacher now, so no going out for lunch. I used to think that was bad, but it actually helps when you're trying to stay focused on weight loss.

Ladyvwj, I hope you lunch turned out well! Great idea looking up the restaurant menu! I know it can be difficult when our plans change suddenly.

PrairieQueen, oh my goodness, I would be dragging if I woke up at 4 am and you get out and garden! Well done!

MsTibbles, woohoo! Doesn't that feel great?! You are doing so well!

Raining, congrats! That's fantastic!

Today, I'm not feeling so hot, so my motivation isn't high, but my commitment still is and that's all that matters, 10/10!
