I am a 7/10 for staying on plan...I had la big piece if leftover pizza (healthy homemade though) for breakfast. I went to an auction today and packed my lunch so I wouldn't buy a coney or sauerkraut dog there ( cup of pasta salad). Tonight it's grilled wings and drinks at the pub. I don't have a set day to go "crazy" but it's usually Saturday when I do.

Crazy week here, too. Did go to gym and pushed hard. Lots of weeding completed and believe me that is exercise. Will transplant some Black Eyed Susans into a new area this evening when it cools down some.
I'm 10/10 today for eating. My usual egg wrap for breakfast, half a reuben with homemade kraut and dressing, bakery sourdough, and Swiss cheese for lunch. Tonight dry rub boneless thighs on grill, zucchini chips browned in coconut oil, and tomato/onion "salad." I'm a 10/10 for activity as well: been up and down the school steps several times today and plan on doing some gardening after dinner...I have tomatoes that need picking and "dead" plants to remove.
I didn't get my water in this weekend at all. At the auction Saturday, there is only a Port-a-Potty, so I refrain from drinking too much so I don't have to use it. Then we went out and stayed out longer than I planned and didn't get my water in then either. I was puffy yesterday...almost back to normal today. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow.....
Have a good one all.

Lovely Leah,
Right now, I am very motivated. Lost 37 lbs 3 yrs ago and gained back 15 lbs this year, so I am back at it so it doesn't all come back.
Try one of the IP chocolate drink mix recipes and it is close to chocolate cake type cookies.
Craving chocolate!
I made these little chocolate gems last night and they hit he spot!
You need:
1 chocolate drink IP pack (or 1 heaping scoop of chocolate whey isolate)
1 egg
1 Tbs pure coco
1 tbs olive oil or coconut oil
1/2 tsp of baking powder and baking soda
1 Tbs of walden farms chocolate syrup or davinci Sugar free chocolate cake syrup
1 Tbs of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 400f, mix all ingredients to make a smooth mixture. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and place spoonfuls of mixture on the sheet.
I was up 1.2 lbs this morning for no reason except......checked the calendar and TOM is right around the corner. I was depressed there for a tiny bit, because even after my carb "frenzy" the scale hadn't moved. Then, when I'm behaving it went up. Anyway, I know it will all disappear on day 3 of TOM.
I am a 9/10 today....sore throat, stuffy nose, yuk! My organic chicken/cheese burrito exploded in the microwave and it was all I had for lunch. Luckily about half of it remained intact and I have an emergency almond/blueberry mix in my desk if I begin to starve
I'm 7/10 for exercise. I'm not feeling it....no major gardening tonight, just picking some tomatoes and basil and going back in.
Howyoulose, I hope you have a better month! Don't be afraid of the scale, because no matter what it says, you are going to conquer it! :
FickleHearts, yay on the NSV! Good job with the walking!
PrairieQueen, wow! Pre-TOM messing with your scale and mood, cold symptoms making you feel yucky, and only half of your lunch surviving, and you're still a 9/10! Now, that's commitment!
I'm feeling upbeat! I ate well and got my exercise in, so it was a good day!
