I was soooo groggy this morning, paying for Yesterday's 4 am wake up. I was still a 8/10 but got to a 10/10 by lunch. Picked (more) cukes this morn and made 16 pints of jalapeņo/garlic dill spears using low temp pasteurization method. I love them! Went to grocery to get some super unprocessed food ...took over an hour to buy $80 worth of food.....reading labels takes forever!

I'm back to school in twelve days...boo!

I was up 0.2 lbs last night's pub grub.

Raining - awesome work!

Prairie - agreed with label reading! And it's confusing, all these different names for sugar.

If anyone hasn't already seen 'That Sugar Film' (documentary) would highly recommend it!

Sorry for being MIA lately, been so busy with work I haven't even thought to weigh myself. Almost the weekend though

Menu yesterday
- Soy latte
- 4 x sushi rolls with wasabi, ginger, soy
- Diet apple/raspberry cordial
- Diet ginger beer
- Rice with roast chicken and steamed vegetables
- Banana

Menu today

- Soy latte
- Lemongrass green tea
- Green tea tablet
- Either poached eggs with extras or squid/sashimi
- Dinner tbc

Perennial, im going to look for that film. I'm surprised I haven't seen it yet.

I'm a 10/10 today. It's raining here, so no gardening. I guess I'll have to clean the house to stay busy (my least favorite chore in the summer). I've got enough tomatoes to make a couple of pints of my sugar-free, lower sodium pizza sauce finally! I can get two medium homemade pizzas out of a pint.

I'm back to my Tuesday morning 169.6 lbs......yeah! Now to get it below that. I finally tried my Trejava unsweetened tea with one Stevia packet in a liter, and I love it. Going back to TJ's next Thurs to stock up.

8/01/15 - 170.0 lbs
8/06/15 - 169.6 lbs

Hi all... I am an 9/10 today. I don't think I've lost anything the last two days. I haven't worked out either. Today there is no excuse for not working out. Zumba afterschool in my son's school cafeteria.

I think I can say 10/10 today, too! Took a little peek at the scale and it was looking pretty good! I hope it stays like that until Monday's weigh in!

Perennial, 41 days is still enough time to lose 10 lbs! That's almost 6 weeks, which means that you are shooting for less than 2 lbs per week. That's do-able! Just keep at it! If you make your goal, woohoo, and if you don't, you have given it your best shot! Either way, you'll still be better off than when you started! You're doing great! Go for it!

Slashnl, yay on a good sneak peek, lol!

Raining, glad to see that 10/10!

Ladyvwj, have fun at zumba class!

MsTibbles, you're always awesome!

PrairieQueen, I really admire your healthy eating, and woohoo on the drop back down!

I am having a mixed-up day. I am a 10/10 on eating, and although I want to get to the gym, I'm having issues and don't know if I can make it, so I'll just stick with I'm a 10/10 on eating!

I'm a 9/10 today...although it may end up being 10/10. I'm still at 169.6 lbs.
8/01 - 170.0
8/07 - 169.6

Making pizza sauce today to can. Breakfast was leftover roasted turkey and fried green tomatoes. Going to work in garden because the high is only 80 degrees today,

I'm a 10/10 today. Woke up at 4am again and couldn't get back to sleep!
8/01 - 170.0 lbs
8/08 - 169.4 lbs. ( -.2 yeah!)

I'm having a family cookout tomorrow with all My skinny family that can shovel it in and not gain an ounce. So I'm going to have to be careful not to join in the gluttony .

Jacqui_D hahah, bless yah - as are you

Feeling good today, I would say 10/10 committed but maybe 9/10 motivation, been feeling a bit off today, but have done nicely with points/calories. Also got some walking in and did an hour of dancing last night (in the dark where nobody could see me, of course!)

to you all!
