Good Thursday Morning Everyone

Today I'm a 10/10. I've stayed on plan and even gotten up early to exercise all this week. Today I weighed in at 142.8 I've lost 2 lbs this week.

Hope everyone has a great on plan day

I had a good result at my weigh in yesterday so I am super motivated today.

Already walked 3.5 miles this morning and eating good.

I'm tired but a 10/10 today. I was re-motivated this morning when the scale finally went down by a pound!! after being stuck all week.

It's been crazy at my house and school this week with many opportunities to go astray, but I have behaved.....keeping my eyes on the prize

Yay for all the weight lost! Congrats to all!

10/10 today. I am super happy it's almost the weekend! I have had a good week of staying on plan and definitely will carry that through today as well.

1000/10 today! Weighed in at 269.5lbs today.... Finally in the 260s and now have less than 100lbs to lose!!!!

Okay, so my son leaves for college tomorrow. Tonight I blew it in honors of him. I will have to say that after not eating this way for sometime, I am suffering a bit ( boo hoo, I know, lol). I would like to look at this as a gentle reminder that's the old ways of eating are long gone.. Back to the brimstone tomorrow cuz I feel good to be feeling/looking better!

I'm tired again today....I seem to always down the last few ounces of tea before I head off to get ready for bed and I regret it. However, I am a 10/10 today because, well, it's Friday Down another 0.2 lb today.

10/10 today, and down another 2lbs since yesterday. I think all this week I have been dropping the extra water I was holding and seeing the last 2-3 weeks worth of results all in one go! It feels good I must say!

PrairieQueen yay for Friday!! Well done on the 0.2!

carmie48 aaaw bless yah *hugs* That's a good way to look at it though. It's a one off, not the norm, and your body has recognised that it prefers healthy! That's awesome progress
