Yay, PrairieQueen! That's such good news!

Today, I am a 10/10 on eating. I want to get to the gym today but I am still a little nervous about leaving my cat, so we will see.

Have a great day, everyone!

Jacqui glad to hear kitty has improved.
MsTibbles Thank you! I'm really feeling motivated...I didn't even have to "crash" on the sofa when I got home. Feeling good

Well the stress test went really well so that is good. I'm ready to get exercising again. Yesterday sucked food wise. I'm 10/10 today. Getting back on track and serious about this. I was just down in the dumps yesterday.

tongirl02 Awesome news! Enjoy your exercising!

10/10 today, even though the scale still hates me I may try eating at a 750 deficit for a few days instead of 1000, just to see if it gives it a shove. Hugs to you all. Friday tomorrow!

I would say I am about 9/10 today. I haven't been feeling the best the last few days. I am not sure what's going on, is it possible to drink too much water? I have been craving salty things, which is not normal for me.

MsTibbles- I love your lap ticker, what a great idea and way to keep track!

Tongirl02-That is so fantastic about your stress test

Today I am a 10/10! I reached a new decade on the scale today, and my kitty is getting stronger each day!

Raining, yes! It is possible to drink too much water! And the danger of it is that it clears too much sodium from your body! So if you think you might be drinking too much overall, or too much at once too fast, slow it down! I hope you feel better soon!

MsTibbles, speaking of water, are you drinking enough? You have to drink water to lose water weight!

Tongirl, yay!!! I'm so glad your stress test went well! And I'm happy to see you are feeling better today!

PrairieQueen, woohoo on feeling better and being back on track!

Hi everyone, sorry for being MIA (and hello to the new faces in this thread)!

Been hovering at about 7/10 so haven't gained but haven't lost either grrr.

Menu today:
- Soy latte
- Fresh carrot, orange, celery and ginger juice
- Salmon sashimi with the usual sides
- Going out for dinner tonight but will try to have something super low carb to be good and maybe a glass of red

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend xxx

That must be it, thanks Jacqui. With the heat and exercising and just trying to drink more water, I think I have been drinking too much. I cut back today and already am feeling a little better.

Today I was so tired but stayed motivated. Had an active day at school (lab) and did the stairs a couple of times, worked in garden for over an hour pulling onions and digging potatoes. Then I made homemade pizza per hubs request....peppers, onions, turkey pepperoni, homemade sauce and crust, and two kinds of cheese. I didn't actually go crazy, but I did have more than I had planned. We'll see what damage it has done in the morning

Raining, oh I'm so glad!

PrairieQueen, it's sounds like a great day overall! I hope the extra pizza doesn't cause you too hold extra water, but if it does, the good news is it's just water and it will fall back off quickly!

I was fully committed today and had a good day! I ate dinner a little later than usual, but I ate on plan and got to the gym!
