  • I'm 9/10 today. Almost 10/10, but there is a little hesitation, so I don't want to claim it today.
    Had a great doctor's appointment today, annual checkup. Made my day!
  • Have been feeling run down today, have developed a head cold (yuk!) but have not let it wobble my resolve, the scale is already showing a big difference and it has bolstered me greatly (although I'm aware that most of 5lbs in 3 days is most certainly water weight :P ) would say I was between 9-10/10 today and its staying there, which is awesome. Being very in control and hitting my calorie goal pretty much spot on makes me feel good!

    I had my treats this weekend, which is a necessary (and much enjoyed) evil. Although I'm tempted to get all strict I know that only leads to binging.

    Today I'm at a 7.5/10. Kids are wearing me down, but I don't have any real junk/indulgent food to stress eat so that's a win.

    Also I managed to do some yoga today, so a double win!

    Treasa, if you did 9,000 steps and your commitment was only a 2, I'm curious to see what you do today with your commitment at a 6! Yesterday was fantastic and I hope today has been too!

    CanadianMom, woohoo on the double win! That's what counts! And I think treats now and then play an important part in long-term weight loss, so good for you!

    I am a 10/10 today! I did some "non-exercise" exercise today (moving furniture for much of the day) but I'm trying to talk DH into going out to the walk park too!
  • I'm a 9/10, but I've got a super busy day ahead of me that involves a lot of driving and waiting around so I'm going to have to focus to get in my 10k. I'm off to a good start. Not even 10 am and I've already got >3000 steps in!

  • 9/10. I am feeling great today. Just losing a few pounds and starting to exercise regularly in the last few weeks, I can already feel a difference.
  • Hi Raining! Congrats! That's great news! I have never been much of an exerciser, but I don't know, it's like I notice the difference in how it makes me feel so much more now, so I'm becoming a fan!

  • I'm at about a 7/10 again today. I need to find time to get into the kitchen and prep some healthy food so that I don't end up munching on carbs all day.
  • Hi everyone! Great thread. I'm at 9/10 today because my mini goal this week is to do 3x30mins walking this week. Hesitant to go out so soon. week 1 on MF. Walking was approved by the dietician this past Monday. Diet wise: I'm feeling super good!
  • Would go with 8/10 today, slept quite badly because of blocked nose and coughing, have been dragging my feet and feeling groggy all day. But on the bright side, I don't have much of an appetite made calorie goal though, and feeling pleased with myself. Trying not to weigh daily as I get a bit obsessive... and annoyed when it fluctuates!

  • CanadianMomma, when would be the best time for you to prep food for yourself? Early in the morning? Late at night? The weekends? When the baby's taking a nap? Come up with a planned time and I'm sure you'll do it! (And you'll be so glad you did!)

  • Hey guys just checking in to say I have not given up or fallen off the face of the earth. Just have had a couple bad weeks. Was on "vacation" last week but came down with a stomach virus and still feel like I haven't quite recovered. Even my dog was sick. Waiting to see my doctor next week, or get better in the meantime. Ugh. Have barely eaten much, didn't gain anything, but didn't lose either? I can't wait until I feel better and can see the scale start to go down again.

    I'm tired of feeling so unmotivated, I want to come on here and say 10/10 like some of you guys (at least some days). I have set up my progress bars in my signature, been waiting to do that! In the meantime, I'm gonna catch up on everyone's progress lately. Looks like a lot of new faces!
  • I feel highly motivated today. There's no way I'm letting junk past these lips.
  • I'm a 6/10 today. Very tired due to stuff with the kids - up late last night, up again early this morning. I'll be thrilled if I can get 10k steps in. I amazingly got my steps in yesterday. I did a fair amount of pacing in tiny rooms
  • I'm feeling 100% motivated today, huzzah! Gonna kick butt. Hope you all have a lovely day today!
