Still at the same weight... 202 at the doctor today. I haven't been weighing in everyday because its driving me nuts. I'll weigh in again on Friday.

I just got back from the gyno. I talked with her about all my symptoms. She is checking my TSH, T4, T3, cholesterol, A1C, vitamin D, and electrolytes. She refused to order thyroid antibodies or free T3. *sigh* She said for me to eliminate most foods from my diet and slowly add things back in to see what I'm having trouble with. As far as the weight coming on in a month and not coming off easily, she recommended eating Paleo (which I am loosely doing, I'm eating mostly clean foods, but still some pasta every once in a while). So... yeah. At this point I just want answers, whatever they are. Hopefully I will hear by Monday and be able to feel better soon.

Everyone is doing great! I would love to join the success soon.

Still at 199.4- yay! And that's even after the beginning of rehearsal season dessert potluck in my semi-professional choir... We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Just read the original post and agree, it was and is a line in the sand for me. As my weight crept up and up and up, I remember thinking "I'll never let myself get above 200." Well, I let myself. That was over 20 years ago. I did get serious with weight watchers at the time and lost 30 lbs putting me close to my college start weight. But I let myself again. Over the years I dieted off and on, never less than 10 lbs from one-derland. Very happy that I crossed over the line earlier this month, ahead of my end of month mini-goal. (I still have some clothes from around that weight but can't say they fit --- think my fat has been redistributed. LOL!)

foodfairy: I can relate to your post. There was a time when it would have been inconceivable to me that I would cross the 200lb mark, yet I did. It was really getting as close to the 300lb mark as I did that has motivated me to re-start a weight loss journey.

I am 78 lbs away from onederland, which seems so far away, but I know it will not get closer by doing nothing.

I must stay calm, not get anxious, and let the good I am doing happen!

225 presently. soon!

I'm barging in on this thread because I am desperate to be back into Onederland. Yeah, I got lazy with a new job last year and a terrible commute--the result being about 20lbs regained. My all-time low was around 187 or so (I have a large frame). I feel like ever since I had the second baby at the end of 2012 I have struggled with getting the weight loss mojo back. But I have moved closer to my work, and got a new treadmill that actually works and I'm running a 5k at the end of September. Hoping I make it to Onderland by Halloween, possibly sooner!

The item was not THAT WILL way back when i always was several mere weight from three hundred weight. (I'm guaranteed When i was more than that will eventually, although did not understand the amounts around the scale) Which was terrifying. I am hanging within the 250's intended for exactly what is like a very long time today. With 50lbs provide or even take to get I am intending to discover that will marvelous #1 by simply slide. (In the perfect world, it might be prior to When i pay a visit to my entire family intended for my Aunts 70th special birthday, May prolonged saturday and sunday, although I am not really having my air! ).

OH! So frustrating! I've been doing barrels of exercise and sticking to the eating program and have lost all of 2 ounces this week! 201 pounds.

Whenever I hit onederland, it seems to mess with my head. I've reached it 3 seperate times, I enjoy it for a short bit and then gain the weight back. Once again, I am hitting the mental road block. I got down to 196 and then just started eating crappy foods every single day. I went from 196 to 205 in about a week! I started today out right and am going to act as though I am on day one of my journey because essentially I am!

I don't know why I let myself slip whenever I reach it. I need to dig deep and try to figure out why, but in the mean time I need to put my big girl panties on and put the work in to get the scale moving downward again. At the very least I am learning the lesson that I can't get too comfy or lazy in this journey. Ever. And it's only a failure if I keep making the same mistake over & over. Not this time.

Onederland, I will make you mine again!

Hi Ladies! I'm glad to see so many working so hard! Thanks you, Jasmine31 for your encouragement I've been busy busy with my move. No internet at the house yet (horror!) so no 3fc for me But I have a new scale and have been watching the numbers slowly go down after overindulging before the move. I weighed in at 206 even this morning, and I'm happy about that! Hopefully, I'll be back at 205 soon enough. And then...onederland

*This* close...just 4 pounds to finally move that bottom weight on the scale to the left. I know I have more to go after that, but under 200 was the first real goal I've had in mind because I don't remember the last time my weight started with a 1 instead of a 2. It was sometime in college over 20 years ago, and now I have a legitimate chance of reaching it next week.

Exciting...and terrifying...all at the same time. What if it goes below and then bounces back up? What if I can't stay there? What if....what if....what if, you know? Think I'll focus on the 4 pounds to go first Plenty of time to "what if" myself later

I ran 2 miles today. Hoping to hit 207 by the weekend. We'll see. I've been eating too much salt, and I always gain a couple pounds of water if something is slightly too salty.

Everyone else is doing awesome!
