202.8!! I'm changing my ticker as 202 has shown up two days in a row. So close! I never imagined I'd be this close in September. I may see 201 this month and next month, definitely will be out of the 200s!! I can't remember the last time I weighed under 200. Looking forward to it. And looking forward to just continuing to get healthy.

Great job scout83 that's awesome!

Weighed in for the first time in about a week and finally hit onederland! 198.6 yesterday morning. FINALLY! Weight loss has definitely been slow lately, but it is coming off. I'm looking forward to continuing the trend. I think weekly weigh ins are helping me a lot. Daily weighing did not work for me, it made me too stressed about it and obsessive. Definitely doing weekly weigh ins from now on!

Claygirl1518- Thank you! Congrats to you!! You're working hard, and I'm glad it's paying off!

I've been Active (capital "A") this weekend. 15,000 steps yesterday and today. I feel great about it and am going to make it a point to try to reach 10,000 every week day this week. Even if it means an early morning walk before I "start" my day. We'll see how it goes.

I went by Target today where they're having a big clothing sale (most women's clothes are buy one, get one 50% off...). I picked up a couple size 18 pants. I'm a little miffed that I'm still at size 18. I was in a bit of rush so I didn't try the 16's to see how close I am. Next time, I guess.

I def belong in this group. I stay in Onederland for five minutes at least once every decade. It lasts for about 5 minutes! It is my big goal and 21 pounds away from it as of Friday. Going to Cancun in a month and would love to be in Onederland then, but that is a stretch!

Weighed in at 215 this morning. This is as close to onederland as I've ever been. I am giddy with excitement.

kw2neat Bhaha! You'll get there for more than five minutes this time. Welcome.

gonnabfitmom Welcome! You've lost so much already! You'll get there!

I didn't weigh today but wanted to check in. I was putting together outfits with my new pants and realized I accidentally bought a pair of size 16! And it looks fine! I also wore the size 18 today and really needed the belt. So I guess I DID go down a size. Glad that's settled Now on to size 14. Or Onederland, which will probably come first.

Have a great week, everyone.

203.4 today. I'm hoping that number will wind its way down by the end of the week. I'm already a bit stressed with how busy this week is so I need to make a point to take care of myself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

203 even this morning. I stopped at a coffee shop this morning not having had breakfast. I need to rush out of the house and figured I'd pick something up at the coffee shop. I was eyeing the pastries but then I spied the bananas. So, I got a coffee and a banana. One of many little decisions that add up over time.

scout83 203.4... I remember that weight well. I'm pretty sure I complained here about it for 2 months! looks like you're getting past it a lot faster than me! congrats! Also, way to go on picking the banana today, I still struggle with that. I avoid starbucks when I have breaks between clients, or If I have to get coffee, I just get espresso, all the caffeine, without tons of sugar!
Also, what is with sizes lately? I'm honestly curious if any of you have been wearing lee jeans (slender secret) for a long time. Last time I weighed 198, I wore size 14 lee jeans, and now their 16s are just a touch too tight still. I don't have any 18s, so I'm currently swimming in my 16Ws, which makes me look bigger and quite sloppy. I'll definitely wear them for about another week (big pants for TOM!) but I'm hoping after that my lee 16s will fit. My lee 16 capris fit great, but for some reason the jeans are too small? crazy. I just don't get it. Anyone else super confused by lee's sizing lately? I honestly think they either changed their fabric or are slowly making the sizes smaller and smaller over the past few years. Ok, rant over.

gonnabfitmom congrats on your awesome weight loss so far! You are doing great I'm sure you'll hit your onederland goal soon!

kw2neat Here's to new successes and staying in onederland! You've got this!

Clay, I tend to go for the Lee's because they seem to be cut right for my hippier shape. I do get the slender secret ones and I'm in a 14 now. The 16's didn't last long because they started getting really gappy in the waist. The 14's are a little snug in the thighs at first, but the waist/tummy on them is right on for the moment. I did pick up a pair of 14 Regular's (curvy cut) in the Mossimo brand at Target that don't have the "give" that the slender secret's do, and they fit even if the rise/waist sits a bit lower than I'm accustomed to. They aren't low but they feel low. Just used to pants sitting higher up from plus sizes for so long I guess. It's like with shirts that actually fit vs. ones that are baggy.

But yeah, sizing seems to be really spotty. I understand what you're describing

LesMillsLuvr: yeah, spotty sizing for sure. I have a very curvy figure, so I just have a lot if trouble getting them to fit my cuban butt. That is my struggle! I tried a suggestion of a friend and got in the jeans in a warm bath and stretched them a little. That seemed to help a lot despite being a bit odd!

Right now I'm holding at 198. My TOM just started though, not so fun couple days

Hello everyone,

It's been soooo long since I've posted. I got discouraged that it was taking me so long to get through the 200s and that I didn't make my onederland goal by Labor day. Even though I wasn't posting I did not quit the battle. I am still at 212 today and am ready to kick it up a notch and get the scale moving down again. I will be happy to make 199 by the end of the year.

You all are doing a great job and are motivating me to keep going . Keep up the great work everyone

GettinFit Welcome back, you'll get there! I see one of your goals is to comfortably fit a size 12 and funnily enough, I was thinking about that as a goal myself this morning. I'm excited to fit a size 14, I'll LOVE to fit a size 12.

Claygirl1518 TOM here as well but honestly, I'm glad. My hormones have been wreaking havoc, so ready to move on with my month.

202 even this morning. Just below where I was this time last week, though no official change in the scale. I have some food/drinks out planned for this weekend so we'll see how it goes. Will I hit 201 before October? I guess I'll know soon!

Gettinfit You can do it! I felt the same way a few months ago, for some reason this summer just stalled my weightloss. I'm finally in onederland, but became pretty discouraged. I'm just so glad I didn't give up! I'm sure you'll make it to onederland for the new year!

Scout I would love to be comfy in size 12s too! I hope you hit 201 before October!

I'm going to try my 16s again once my TOM is over. The thing is, there's not much difference between the 16s and 14s right now for me, they are almost equally tight (weird!) 12s would be great though, my ultimate goal is to get back in my 10s, that's a good size for me!

Thanks for the encouragement Scout & Claygirl

Alright ladies let's work hard to get in those size 12s. Right now, I'm fitting a straight 16 and I am ready for them to get loose.

Scout I hope you make 201 by the 1st.

Still at 212 today but I did hit 211.8 over the weekend. I've just gotta do better at keeping my journal of what I'm eating. I've been slipping with my tracking and not being consistent with my exercise. This week I am going to challenge myself to workout at least 4 times and to track all 7 days.

Here is my plan for today:

B: 1 Pk Belvita Breakfast Cookies (230) banana (100) coffee
S: Yoplait 100 Cal Greek Yogurt (100) banana (100)
L: Lean Cuisine - Herb Roasted Cnk & veggies (170) Hershey's dark choc kisses (90)
D: Salad ( ), Low Fat Chili ( )
Exercise: Walk
