I don't know if my reply posted or not so I will ramble on again haha I soooooo want to be in onederland. I feel like once I hit that mini-goal, I will be so much more motivated to keep going. I weighed in at a 207 (my weight fluctuates throughout the day like crazy, but it is usually within 4 pounds) and lately the highest my weight has been is 209. I can tell that my eating better is starting to really work, but now I need to exercise some more too! I can't wait to see 199. I might actually cry lol

Claygirl-- Yay!! So happy to see you pushed past this. I love noticing my shrinking stomach

LuLu22 Keep it up! You will get there.

I'm just checking in. I feel like I'm safely in Onederland now. I weighed in at 194 the past few days. I'm definitely back on track after travelling and on on track overall. I'm finding my balance-- eating out, going for drinks, but also eating fish and salads regularly, lots of yogurt and veggie juice at home, etc. I'm getting there Have a great weekend, everyone, and best!

Resurrecting this thread as now as always, that is my LINE. Honestly, I'm feeling like Diana on another thread - main goal is to stay below 200. Anything below that is icing on the cake!!!!

I started this reboot at 264 pounds. Way, way far from Onederland, but somehow I feel like it won't take that long. I know what works for me for weight loss and the beginning is easy. It's spring/early summer and I have several months left of the " good times" mentally.

So, I see my weight of 248 and it doesn't seem that far. Now that is crazy thinking.... It is far. Even under the best possible outcomes, it's going to take me 5 more months to get there, but then I think "eh.... Five months. That's no time at all". Which of course it isn't but it's not like tomorrow and it's not likely to go that quickly as its not likely I'll lose 10 pounds every month!,

I'm wondering if that lack of worry of getting there is because I've done this before recently and I know how fast and easy the first 50 pounds was for me last time? Or am I just becoming delusional?

Whatever the case... I'm feeling I'll be in Onederland soon and it won't kill me to get there.... Such a different mind set than ever before.

I would be grateful to hit Onederland in 5 months, it will be the first time I've weighed in the 100's as an adult. While my goal is 4 months and some days (my b-day in October ), I also understand it may take longer than that, and I am ok w/that. I will only get crazy if I am not there by December lol, that would be too long to wait for me, but otherwise I am going to enjoy the ride on my journey to Onederland.

The first time down, I had so many milestones to reach for the first time in a long time. When I got to below my HS weight that was so golden, but doing it for the third time in 3 years makes it much less thrilling. I hope you never encounter that Candidcamster and hope you keep it off for good THIS time.

Talking Heading south to Onederland!

My goal for onederland is to be there my next rheumatologist appointment in August. With all my joint problems, I admitted I needed to lose weight and had done so well on the South Beach plan years ago. His last words to me before I left, "I suggest you go back on it". So, I will be so excited to show him I am following his advice!

Good for you! And you can do it!

I'm not sure when I'll get there - I'm hoping before the end of the year (this year). We'll see. It's flying off now, but I know that's short-lived!

When you are close is when it's the hardest and seems to take the longest, but you can and WILL do it! 30togoto170!

I was so giddy this morning when I got on the scale. I do weigh myself every morning and 2 days ago I weighed 208.6 and then this morning it said 206.4! Tuesdays are my "official" weekly weigh-ins and I had only lost .4 lbs from the prior week. I doubt my weight will stay at this new weight today as it really fluctuates before my next official weigh-in, but oh man - I am getting sooo close!

YAY!!!!

I hope to get there by the end of the year. I should be able to. I'm beginning to feel like Diana3271 - anything under 200 is gravy (and for me that is true). But getting under 200 is KEY!!!
