So after complaining at my boss's boss, I'm not going to the meal on Tuesday.

At least one person in this company is sensible.

Food-wise today, I stuck to my plan where all my colleagues fell off the wagon. Ha. Ha. HA.

Yes I'm gloating. Yes that's mean. But I don't care. I'm succeeding and they aren't.

Andejean: Don't pay attention to the scale during your TOM. Look at it if you want. You will learn what to expect. I always gain 2-3 pounds during my TOM. When it is over I lose that 2-3 pounds and then have a little WHOOSH of weightloss of another pound or two. Don't let it get you frustrated.

Lindsey: Of course I started so much bigger then you have ever been... I see my weight loss when I am in clothes and I love it... but, as soon as I am naked I can't see ANY weight loss at ALL!

Had fun shopping today. Got one new pair of exercise pants and 3 new shirts. can't wait to go to the gym tonight with my new workout gear on! More big shirts to goodwill!

Stacy--Yay for new workout clothes! I need new ones badly as mine keep falling down. Luckily, I work out at home.

Wysteria--I'm so glad they finally changed their minds!!

Roxan--I'm glad you're feeling better. It stinks being sick.

LadyKnight--Awesome job on losing those six pounds!

Andejean--I hear ya! Hang in there, sweetie. You are doing all the right things. The scale has no choice BUT to budge.

Tina--It was -20C here the other morning and I thought we had it cold!

Lindsey--I so get where you're coming from. I struggle with that all the time. It does help to see the difference in the pictures, so I keep taking them. I often get discouraged thinking about how far I still have to go. When I finally think I'm doing great and looking good, I remember I'm still over 200lbs and get all down again. But, we'll get there, right?

Diana--I'm glad you're not leaving us.

Krampus--Glad to hear your foot is doing better and wow that cake sound yummy!

Lauren--

novelista225--Great job on the loss!

Vixsin--I'm loving your slow and steady losses too!

Today's Info:

Exercise: 30 mn Jillian's BFBM

Breakfast: Oatmeal, brown sugar, earth balance, coffee
Snack: Raisins
Lunch: Butternut squash soup, homemade bread
Snack: Pretzel sticks
Dinner: Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie (Garden pie? )
Dessert: Cadbury's eclair candy, coffee

Calories: 1,248

I don't think I'm at the right weight to do Jillian's videos yet. I hurt my ankle today while doing it and had to stop. Maybe in another 20-30lbs I can try again.

Okay, I feel better now... I happened to put on a t-shirt this morning that I was wearing in the pics I took as my "before" shots a year or two ago, when I was at my highest weight, so I asked my boyfriend to take some new ones so I could compare. He helped me get them side by side so I could compare... I'm thinking I'm on the right track huh? I've lost just under 12 lbs from my highest known weight...

I should also note that my "highest weight" was also just 3 months ago... I lost some since the pics, then gained it back, now I change for good!

How come Shells? Is there any way you could modify the movements so that your ankle feels better?

And thank you about my slow steady losses. They are really making me happy this week.

Ande: What a difference! That is amazing, you are definitely on the right track. Off to read more MedSurge. Carrying that book around aught to count as a workout!

Approximately 1200 calories. For the first time in a very long time I made it through the entire day without any cheats. No chocolate, no chips, no pretzels, etc. I even ran an errand at lunch and met someone in the parking lot of a Taco Bell and I didn't hit the drive-thru (which I was tempted to do).
