March 16, 2010

64+ ounces water
30 minutes Just Dance

Breakfast:
Cottage Cheese

Snack:
Almonds & Walnuts

Lunch:
WW Meal

Snack:
2 granola bars
SF Pudding

Dinner:
Steak Fajitas (went to a mexican restaurant - if I knew before the snack I ate I wouldn't have eaten those 2 granola bars because my calories were too low - but I had no chips, no cheese and I had corn tortillas instead of flour)

Approximate calorie total is 1795 and that's with figuring 620 for the fajitas (that's the calorie count for fajitas at On the Border and I think these were probably comparable). I hope my estimate is accurate but it could be up to 200 more calories and I would still be under the maximum I'm supposed to be eating daily.

Hey everyone! Glad to see so many healthy meals for today.

I made it through the day unscathed (I even had a little dessert, which is not necessarily off plan), and I'm looking forward to the rest of the week. I got some hiking in for exercise, but I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow. Luckily, I know you all will hold me to it. ^_^

Happy St Patrick's Day everyone!

I wasn't very good for lunch today as I was craving some curly fries, but I def could've done alot worse.

Diana, you did not imagine it, lol but I decided to stop for the time being. With being so close to the 150's (which is a huge personal goal of mine) the workouts were making me gain and stressing me out so I decided not to worry about them for the time being. I'm still active, I have a 1 1/2 year old to run around after, a dog to walk, housework to do etc so I don't feel like I am sedentary, I'm just not comfortable adding regular workouts in to my routine yet.

3/17/2010 Check-in:

Breakfast
2 blueberry nutrigrain waffles
1 tsp light veggie oil "butter"
1 tbsp low cal syrup
3/4 cup 1% milk
large cup of coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar

Lunch
1 roasted chicken sandwich (Arby's)
1 small curly fries (Arby's)
H2O

Snack PM
1 gala apple
H2O

Dinner
3/4 cup whole wheat angel hair pasta in a lemon/white wine sauce
1 oz grilled chicken
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 garlic breadstick
H2O

= apprx 1,800 calories

Hi girls, mind if I join? I'm one of the preggo girls but that forum is quite slow, I figured this would be a good way to stay accountable.

I'm 26, 5'5, and currently 148.5lbs, and I'm also 29 weeks pregnant. I was around 122-123lbs before, and I have maintained for over 6 years. I used to be 160+lbs (I stopped weighing!!) However, I'll be back in the "weight loss group" quite soon!

I'm going to be gaining about one pound per week, but I want to stay accountable for good choices.

March 17, 2010
-Banana,1.5cup 2% milk, whole wheat sandwich with a bit of olive oil mayo, honey mustard, 100g turkey,spinach,1 oz low fat cheese, coffee with half fat cream
-Handful of wheat crackers with 1/2 cup bruschetta
-Homemade mac n cheese (whole wheat rotini, 2 oz low fat cheese, dash of half fat cream, 1/2 can campbell's cheddar cheese sauce)
-Large spinach salad with a bit of fat-free french dressing, banana
Not sure what's for dinner yet.
I don't know the calories... it will probably be in the 2200-2500 range!

Exercise: 1 hour walk with dog, 1 hour weight training, and dog park!

Fashin, I actually decided to back off on my exercise rotation/schedule because I felt the exercise was making me hungry all the time. So far, so good. I normally do a exercise slowdown in the spring/summer anyway. My interests change from cardio and heavy weights to pilates, yoga, and dance workouts. Its just too hot to get so intense in the summer.

Sacha, Nice to have you join us. Don't worry about the cals, we don't all count them. What kind of dog do you have? I like your kbell avatar, I recently caved and bought two kbells and several DVD workouts, after hearing about them for so many years, on a DVD exercise forum Diana and I are both members of.
