This weekend was not as good as I wanted it to be, but it wasn't too bad either. I made the mistake of not having a real meal today until about 4. So I spent most of the day snacking And last night we went out for dinner.

All well, it wasn't horrible, hopefully I can stay on track and lose this week. I really have to get my weekends under control if I want to be successful again!

Courtnie Weekends are tough for me too. I am out of my regular regimen. Weekends are always higher calorie for me. I try to have a couple lower calorie days during the week to off set the weekend.

Just a quick note to check in. I am visiting my daughter and her family this week so am not sure how much I will be able to be online. I plan to stay very focused on my diet and getting exercise in (even went and bought a kettlebell to use this week). Playing with and loving on the grandbaby will be high on my list of activities this week.

I got here Saturday morning but my suitcase didn't get here until Sunday afternoon. It was very stressful, but I stayed on plan and didn't let the stress send me to food (or chocolate). I have had a few treats since I got here (like a piece of the cake I made for my daughter's baby shower yesterday), but I figured them in. And I've been entering my food into my fitday account. I hope everyone has a great week.

Micah wants to say hello (he'll be 16 months old on Sunday ♥) - ytlhdxdbghyt vvnkhghjhklgvcf jyhujhgjkhfgdmnjkuhj and I love my grandma very much! (I helped him a little)

That's what I do too. But I have to be really careful because I don't see to lose when my weekends are bad. Overall this weekend wasn't bad in comparison to normal - so I think I will be okay! I didn't count all weekend, but I did really watch what I ate expect Saturday night when we went out to dinner. My goal is to count on the weekends, and I had full intentions of doing it - but I never got around to it. I am trying to limit it myself to one meal a week for a "treat" where I don't have to count. For example, this coming weekend will be easter Sunday - probably brunch.

Hi All

Diana - I think the 100 day Birthday celebration is a Chinese thing (my finace's family is orginally from Hong Kong). At 100 days a baby is kinda "in the clear" health wise, like going forward the baby should be a lot stonger. So they celebrate it We didn't end up going to see our Wedding Coordinator because on Friday night my back was playing up again and I didn't sleep at all during the night so I slept from about 7:30 AM to about 2 in the afternoon. Re-scheduling for this weekend.

Here is my 3/29/2010

B - 2 boiled eggs + 1 WW whole wheat bun with natural peanut butter + 1 apple + 1 yoghurt with flax

L - Chicken Salad (2oz chicken, 1 cup romaine lettuce, 1 cup spinach, 1 whole tomato, 2oz light chedder cheese and cal. wise dressing) + 1 cup popcorn + 1 mandarin

I may have a snack here depending on what time my SO comes home

D - 3oz salmon marinated in spicy jerk sauce + 2 cups green beans with soy sauce + 1/3 cup brown rice

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day (some with green tea) + 1 diet pepsi

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

Diana, my son is doing better but still sick poor baby. He's still got a cough and had a temp of 103 yesterday but he's much better today thanks for asking!

Courtnie, weekends are tough for me as well but I find that as long as I get right back on track and don't let a cheat day turn into a cheat week then everything is ok. Good luck you can do it!

Mama, aw my son is going to be 16 months on April 2 so they are very close in age! And great job on not letting stress send you to food but also on letting yourself enjoy a couple treats, have fun!

Lauren, we cross posted! I'm sorry your back was hurting I hope it gets better soon I know how painful that can be.

So this morning's official WI is 157.3 so I'm excited because that means I've lost exactly 30 lbs since I started this journey! I hope everyone is having a good Monday so far!
