Good morning ladies!

Welcome Ashley! I'm with Nicole your dinner sounds yummy!

Nicole, I'm so sorry you gained! It has to be water weight or something because you def didn't consume that much but it still sucks I hope it goes away soon! And my special k is the blueberry kind (yum!) and there is 100 cals in 3/4 cup so I divide that by 3 to get my cal count for 1/4 cup and it's actually 33.33 but I round up.

sotypical, good for you for eating your snack better safe than sorry!

So I'm up almost a pound this morning so I'm hoping it's just water weight due to sodium or something but it's kind of annoying.

Yesterday didn't go exactly as planned. We ended up at Costco and by the time we got home for dinner it was 7 and I didn't want cook. So dinner was a few pot-stickers and a slice of banana bread - and I was asleep on the couch by 8:30, haha.

Breakfast: (234 calories)
1/2 bun w/ hard boiled egg
coffee w/ skim milk

Snack: (263 calories)
tim hortons coffee w/ 1 cream
banana bread

Lunch: (308 calories)
2 pieces sole and shrimp with lemon/garlic/butter
on top of salad mix

Snack: (25 calories)
strawberries

Dinner: (398 calories)
"sticky chicken" thighs
small amount of brown rice
green beans

Total calories: 1229

Exercise:
I had my alarm set for 5 to do it this morning, but I was awake at 4 and decided to sleep in. I might try and do something tonight.

Snack:
Walnuts & Almonds

Lunch:

Apple

Snack:
2 Fiber One Oats & Chocolate granola bar

Dinner:

Approximately 1100 calories. Need to try and get more calories in today. Two more days before I go on my trip. I am nervous about being able to keep track of things - not sure how much time I'll have online and I don't know if my daughter owns a scale so I may have to go 10 days without weighing (scarey - but might be good for me).

Hi Everyone and welcome to the thread Ash1ey!

Well the last couple of days have not been good for me ...

Super sore back that hasn't allowed me to get much sleep at all and my Chiro can't take me until 10 AM tomorrow, so 2 days of sore back = not in a good mood. And to top that off I have come down with the flu so I am feeling super crappy.

On the food front I haven't been doing bad though.

Here is my 3/25/2010

B - 1/2 cup oatmeal with natural peanut butter and honey + 1 yoghurt + 12 small strawberries

L - Salmon salad on multi-grain w. side salad

D - Not sure yet, depends on how I feel.

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

It's one of my favorites! Even though Carl and Ellie are animated, I love their love story so much! I want to float away on a balloon house one day
