Wednesday's my weird day. I get to sleep around 2 after work the night before and wake up at 6 for class, then I come home at 12 and sleep 'til 4. I usually eat breakfast before class, but I just didn't feel like it this morning.

"Lunch" at 4 pm: 2 cups Rice Krispies with 1 cup 2% organic milk: (338)
Dinner: Refried beans and fat-free cheese (530)
Snack: 100-calorie butter popcorn (100)
Indulgence ( ): 1/2 Russels Stover peanut butter egg (same as Cadbury Creme egg but pb instead of creme. I ate half and threw the other half out the window! Big deal for me ) (~100)

Total: ~1100
WI: 286.8, -1 pound from my weight before that annoying 2 or 3 days gain.

fashinjunkie09, those days must make you feel awful now, but I'm sure that was a normal day or even a diet day for most of us at our HWs Just get back on plan and be proud that that's not the norm anymore!

It's hard to believe it's going to be close to 90* here this weekend. We are already running the A/C.

Lauren Well, I have kinda had a rough day. DH has diabetes and has not responded well to the meds prescribed by our GP. I decided that he should go to my Endocrinologist. I go to an Endocrinologist for my hypothyroidism. Anyways, we got in there this morning and she was pretty rough on him. It felt more like an intervention. I had no idea it was going to go like that and she just laid it on the line for him. Afterwards he wasn't upset like I though he was going to be. He seems to be Ok with it and agreed that he needed to make some changes. The Endo. did not like some of the meds he's on (she does not like these meds at all and does not prescribe them in her practice) and felt it was not the correct regimen for him. She made changes in his meds. Hopefully DH will make a few changes on his own and he will respond well to the new meds.

Penguin You're welcome! Hee Hee I also did it as a reminder for myself. Hopefully I won't forget to do it.

My legs are killing me from last nights walk/jog. Can't wait to sit in the hot tub at the pool tonight.

Can't believe it's April already tomorrow. Another month I haven't really lost any weight - most then most months I guess. All well, April will be the month! I say that every month... lol.

Today was a long day. I'm glad it's over with. It's getting closer to the weekend.

EarthGrains 100% Whole Wheat Thin Buns 100 Calories
1 slice Reduced fat munster cheese 60
4 slices Hormel Natural Choice Cooked Ham 60 Calories
Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Thinnest swipe of mayo
Pringles 100 calories

Dinner (900 calories)
Fried chicken breast 300 calories
