lunch- soup
dinner- steak, salad and oven baked potatoes- these are awesome. under 150 calories, just cut up the potato into 1/2 inch slices, throw it in a ziplock bag throw in a teaspoon of paprika, some cumin and a teaspoon of olive oil, shake those bad boys and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 425 and you've got a healthy side dish

100 calories under what i'm allowing myself in the 'green zone'
had over 2 liters of water again but not the 4 i'm aiming for, i tried to keep it down a bit today because i just could NOT sleep last night!

15.3 miles 75 minutes, 400 calories
nicole- ahhh i am so jealous of your will power. one tablespoon of chocolate chips? did you mix it in with the putting because other than that i dont see hwo i could control myself and say just one tablespoon!
I am super excited about the weekend. Going to do some shopping tonight, and afterwards heading to the movies to see Alice in Wonderland. On Sat we heading downtown to the AGO (Art Gallery of Ontario) they have a new King Tut exhibit which I am really looking forward too and then a friends b'day party at a super nice restaurant. Sunday will be our errand day as per usual - cleaning, grocery shopping etc ...
Anyone else have plans for the weekend??

Happy Friday everyone! Thank goodness it's the weekend!
Nicole, lol I know eggs Benedict is my all time fave I got the recipe on Hungrygirl.com. It's:
1 tsp low cal butter
1 tsp lemon yogurt (this was too sweet for me so I use plain Greek yougurt w/ a squeeze of lemon juice)
1 tsp dijonnaise (Helmann's)
1 tbsp light mayo
I add garlic powder, salt and pepper for flavor and sometimes a little water too if it's too thick, then heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Yum!
Lauren, have fun this weekend! My bf and I saw Alice in Wonderland it's really good but I would reccommend seeing it in 3D if you can! Sunday is our errands/chore day too so other than that we don't really have any special plans.
So, it's beautiful and 70 today and it's supposed to be a snow storm tomorrow on the first day of Spring. Really? Well that's Oklahoma weather for ya.

Tonight DH and I went to a deli. They had a delicious looking chocolate cake. We got a slice. It was huge. We actually only ate half and brought the other half home. It tasted really good, but the truth is that it didn't taste as good as it looked or as good as I thought it was going to taste. It really wasn't worth it. DH and I even discussed this before getting the cake.
Lauren We don't have anything special planned. It sounds like you have alot planned. Have fun!
