Thanks again for putting up with my post yesterday. I'm stressed about my FIL and knowing that diet & exercise (or lack of) could have a great deal to do with his condition, I'm even more conscoius of putting healthy food on the table. Jen, you're right about having TIME to eat healthy, fortunately, as a SAHM, I have plenty of that.
And yes, it is more important to lose the weight first!!
On that subject, well....I'm back to where I started at 154. Next month I'll shoot for 7 again.
I'm hoping to have a more normal month. And my husband has decided that he's out of shape too, so he's going to come up with some kind of plan for us.
Gen, I am sooo jealous that you're down to 148!!!!! More motivation for me!
