Veggie I didn't copy anything. I have no idea about computers really and I am not sure how to copy and paste and I don't know how to get back to the signature bit sorry I seem so dense.

If you can be bothered do it again then right click and copy the code then go to your signature bit and right click and paste.

There are detailed instructions here.

I could do it for you you'd have to pm me all your details (weights and which tracker etc).

I didn't realise that Jackie and Bunty were still going. Was Bunty (and Judy) the comics for girls which had cut out paper dolls on the back page with the cut out clothes to put on them.

Its a lot of years ago... but I think Jackie was a bit more grown up - all strip cartoon love stories and all the goss about the latest boy bands. No doubt they have both changed in the last 40 or so years.

I know and now another two bodies have been found.... they are really urging the girls to stay off the street but it's Christmas and a lot of them are saying it's there busiest time of the year for them.

I hope this person is caught soon....

Ooh, that's exciting Alison. I'm hoping for a 30th birthday trip to Australia in 2008, but I haven't quite got round to saving for it...

I've just booked my hotel for Edinburgh. All systems go!

Helen your doing so well! Edinburgh Marathon as well!

I have a friend who's gonna be 30 also next year and she's going to New Zealand but she's been saving for ages...

Ironically New York might not be first place next year as I have my eye on a trip to New England as well in the Autumn! ... but we'll get NY paid off first! lol

Australia will be great! That will make a great birthday presents to yourself! We just heard this week that my mum's family are coming over again in 2008. Her cousin is coming but bringing her parents who will be celebrating there 60th wedding anniversary... it was so cool last time they came over, that was in 2000! I never did take up there offer to go visit!

Goodness, you've all been busy chatting today, now I'm going to forget what you all said when I start to reply

Jen, well done on beating the black belt, that must have felt great. Re the floor, the best thing I have ever used and I don't know if you have them over there at all, are these little white pads, that are made by Mr. Clean, sort of like a washing up sponge and all you do is dip it in water, squeeze it out and wipe, it's called a magic eraser and it's bloody marvelous. I had a print from a magazine that got wet that ended up on the floor, I tried everything to remove it over four years and it was still there, when we were moving and had a final inspection I used the magic eraser and it totally disappeared... I use them on all sorts now.

Maz, New York hey? Good for you? Where abouts in NE are you planning on going? I'm in these here parts...

Peacock, no signs of the neigbs today... but I have been busy indoors getting things sorted for the boy arriving with his Dad in a few hours, can't wait, I want to hug him and squeeze him anad he'll prob tell me to bog off.

Helen, wow, that is thin, good for you...you look fantastic and if anyone were to ask me, I'd very much say, you were a thin one Well done on the marathon sign up again... you'll be running around the world soon luv.

Sarah, @ Ellie and the boys and the reindeer antlers, we have a pair Dave bought for Hannah and pen and Lew are not thrilled with them at all, they don't stay on long at all... it's pen's birthday today, she's eight...

It's been quite warm her today, in the fifties and sunny...but it's cooling off now, as well as busy indoors I got out to poop-a-scoop and halfway being done, it broke so now I need to go out and get a new one.

Michelle, I see your tracker now... so you did it, well done luvey. What an achievement, hope one day mine looks as good, now all we need to do is have you post before and after pics like you were saying yesterday.

Hello everyone else if I haven't addressed you...hope you're having a good day.

time for a cuppa now, and a sit down in front of the telly

Just saw the news about more girls being found murdered in Suffolk. Please god they find whoever is doing this evil thing.

I'll be 40 in January (sooo close) I think I'm going to Ireland in April as a present to myself.

Chris those magic erasers are heavenly but I always get sad as they disintegrate in my hands so quickly. Anyway try the target brand ones if you can find them, they are cheaper and work just as well.

I request pics off all the animals in their holiday ware.

Michelle, great pic, I like your hair cut too.

Helen good for you for signing up, I just ran 5 miles and my legs hurt, you put me to shame
