Hello everyone

Glad the exam went ok bikini I'm sure you will see a loss this week.

Helen - what magazine is it you are to be in again, sorry my memory is
appalling.

I cannot relate to the fact that it is almost Christmas . Admittedly I have done shopping but I don't feel Chrismassy in any way. My boys are sods
didn't they eat every choccy at once out of their Advent Calender so I have told them next year I will not be buying them one.

Frus how is married life bit of a stupid question really I am sure you are still both in your little love bubble!!

Take good care everyone

Michele

Chris, it's in Hyannis, there is a marathon a half and a 10k, my friends are doing the half, I'm being a baby and doing the 10k. I think we're spending the night Saturday in Yarmouth, running Sunday and heading back Sunday night. I believe I'll have my own car so maybe we can meet up on my way home.

Helen that may be a marathon I would like to try.....it would take 10 hours and I'd probably gain weight I'm going to have to see if I can get your mag over here, there is a place by Harvard that sells all kinds of international papers and magazines, maybe I can find it.

Sarah...feel better

Hello everyone. Just got home from my lunch pot luck. Lots of good things to eat. So now I need to go to Curves and work off some of those calories.

Chris yes the thought of Bruce with a chainsaw is scary. I may just ask the neighbour if he could do it.

Sarah hope you feel better.

Michele, it's Eve.

I had fun tonight My reindeer horns didn't stay on very well so I had to carry them for parts of it, but it was good watching people's reactions as 60 people in fancy dress ran round the city centre! I ate a bit too much at the buffet afterwards, although at least I managed to limit myself to savoury stuff (and one mince pie) and avoid the cheesecake, chocolate cake and other sweet treats.

Client do after work tomorrow, so another buffet. Let's see if I can make it through a second christmas do without alcohol, I managed admirably tonight!

Oh, and I've just tried the socks on with the schoolgirl stuff and it looks fabby. I've even managed to dig out my rounders colours badge from when I was at school (yes, I was actually vaguely sporty at that stage, I'm not sure what went wrong when I went to uni!) to finish the look.

RSG, Hyannis hey? Maybe I will go and watch, only if it's not absolutely bollocking freezing out though, as I've been continually told these past days, 'if you think it's cold now, wait until February'...you'll be so close, it would be nice to meet up....even if you want to with your friends too...

Helen, that France one is funny...I will ask my Mum to send me the mag when she gets home...seeing as it wont be out before she comes out here. Is it all about weight loss?

Sarah, I hope you're feeling a lot better and have dosed yourself up. Auditors for work... ok, makes sense... especially for your own business... do they do it every year then?

Michelle, hope you're feeling a bit better with TOM...as for not feeling Christmassy, you don't have to...and the advent calendars, next year you should buy them, and take all the chocs out, and close the doors back up, then when they went to open them all before they should, they'd be in for a shock.

CG... really don't like the idea of Brucie baby with a chain saw... remember the bushes with the little bush trimmer thingy we had... he gave them a good seeing to...ooooooo, that sounds a bit rude...but never mind. How did the trifle turn out? Did it look lovely in it's new dish? And what other scrummy things were there to eat?

It's cold here, I can't get my hands to warm up at all this evening, I may have to go to bed in gloves....I reckon I have very thin blood or poor circulation...but my feet aren't cold....mind you, I'm wearing UGG boots inside... Must go and poke the fire and have a cuppa...see you all tomorrow...

Helen - you've got COLOURS!!! I always wanted colours But now I've got pretty coloured belts, so that will do!

My leggies hurt from oofing at the gym yesterday It's a nice hurt and the pretty boy gym instructor showed me how to hold the barbell properly so that I wasn't breaking my wrists! Such a lovely boy

Did lots of kickboxing last night too, that was good enjoyed myself lots.

Eating's been good but scales are up, but I am very very thirsty so I think that might be why.

And I've still got the badge 12 years later to prove it

I swam this morning, tonight's task is to stay sober enough to want to get up for a run tomorrow morning.

Eve is one of my favourite magazines, it's a glossy, fashion, food etc. So it's not all weight loss and healthy stuff.

I had a lovely time in Budapest. And new boyfriend proposed, and I said yes..... so keep September 2008 free in your diaries!

Congrats Kylie

Chris, we definitely need to meet up somehow, seems silly not to. February is the worst month here. By Feb your just sick of winter, it's always gloomy and it feels like it's never ending. Then March comes and I swear once it hits 50 degrees we are all wearing capris and flip flops like idiots. I'm trying to get to Florida for a few days over Feb break to keep my sanity.

Ate awesome yesterday ran 5 miles....scale seems stuck!!!! Oh well, hopefully it will drop tomorrow. I'm sick of sweating all of the lbs, yesterday I did my measurements and there is improvement there so for me that matters more than the stupid scale. I still can't keep myself off of it though
