Ok, I'm back, car is warmed, and child is off to school.

I found the fried onions, so I'll get them off in the post today... they're on their way MummyTummy I asked a chap in the shop yesterday after going up and down the aisles again, he pointed about two feet away from me... and then told me, I'd usua;;y find them near the canned veg... where I've been looking since Thanksgiving, but then he said they moved them...and they're now going to be in aisle six....no clue why... must be like why milk is at the bottom of the shop, so you buy other stuff when you run in to get some, you pick up other stuff. The onions, they must keep moving round to different places, so everyone wanting to make green been casserole, from Thanksgiving to Christmas, picks up all sorts of tat, on teir search around the shop for them....But I have them

Forgot to say last night, Helen, will you be taking a camera to your party on Friday... I think we need to see you as a St. Trinians...with your long socks and rounders badge... I never got a badge for rounders? Loved the game... was quite good at whacking the ball, crap at the running around...

One week now until my Mummy arrives, i'm getting very excited...and dave goes tomorrow to see J graduate and drive back up here, so I'll see him Tuesday... I quite miss the big oaf...

I've just hopped on the scales, they're not looking happy... I think I've been a bit naughty this week with the cookies Hannah made...ok, time for curves to work it off.

Morning all. I'm feeling very sluggish today, walked around in circles 3 times forgetting what I was looking for. Must be all the sugar I had yesterday. I will wait until tomorrow to weigh. Yikes.

Congrats Kylie on your engagement.

Chris big week coming up are you cleaning ?

Need to go to Curves and then some shopping.

Definitely no aerial assault courses, no go karting, nothing more active than having a massage and getting into a swimming pool!

Wedding will be in Ramsbottom!

Oh yes, once I am set up at home, I'll involve you all in the dress hunting!!!

I've just been to sweet canape heaven. This do we had was all sweet things, little mince pies, cranberry creme brulee, chocolate truffles, christmas cake with cheese, berry skewers. Sweet tooth heaven.

I may have indulged a little, but I tried to at least sandwich a berry stick in between each helping of the more decadent stuff, and each one was only bite size so I'm hoping it wasn't too bad overall.

I've just come in and had a bit of lentil soup to at least give me some nutrients and try to override the sugar rush I'm sure is coming.

Still, on the plus side I didn't have any alcohol, which saved a few calories for cake, and means I'll be able to burn the cakes off on the treadmill tomorrow morning. Or some of them, anyway.

I did 30 minutes of killer speedwork on the this morning. I really hate the session, and it leaves me really tired, but it does seem to be working. The good news is that the scales were back down to 153.5 again, after their brief blip at the start of the week.

I'm looking forward to this evening, it's the only evening this week I've got nothing planned (well, other than defuzzing my legs ready for tomorrow...)

Frus or anyone else for that matter

Have you tried the christmas soreen?
We had a sample at RC on Tuesday, It tastes just like xmas cake.
Problem is though I think I'd still need 1/2" of butter on it, but I'll buy some for everyone else so they don't feel so deprived. I have'nt made a xmas cake this year.
