No! I LOVE IT! I love my new lifestyle now! You can't keep me out of the gym! I BOUNCE out of bed in the mornings, I have SO MUCH ENERGY!!!! And when I eat what I want I feel like a small dead snail and I just want to hide under the duvet!
Find something you love! Find healthy food that you love! Try new things - the world is amazing without crisps and cheap chocolate! Healthy food just tastes better! Plus a good old treat like chocolate cake or carrot cake or something like that tastes so much more FABBU when you don't eat it every day!
I'm with Flump here - I get fed up with it as well. I'd love to be able to eat what I want and on cold, dark, wet mornings I'd love to be able to stay in bed and not exercise - but thats what got me in to this mess in the first place, so I keep telling myself I HAVE to change my habits or be a blob for ever.
Flump, have you tried having rest days - its what keeps me sane. I have one day a week when I don't exercise at all and don't count calories after 5pm. It probably slows down weight loss but it works wonders for my morale.
It also helps to try out all kinds of exercise until you find something which suits you. Better to do some kind of exercise on a regular basis which you enjoy and will continue with rather than try and do loads of an activity which you don't like and will stop as soon as you hit goal weight.
Well I have had some interesting spam (not) first 'Mark' who tells me people have been speaking about my weight and how if I click on this link ti willhelp Ha! the 2nd one was hilarious! Apparently women have been talking about me and how I have got not much down there - I should hope so I am female - and they should not be looking!
You ought to try being a professional seller on eBay! I get unbelieveable amounts of spam and all the 'puter viruses going on my eBay registered email addy. I think its all the weird questions I get on the Ask Seller a Question link - when it gets too much I change email addresses and just abandon the old one.
Most of what I get is the yucky Viagra ones although I get more than my fair share of the 'I need to get some money out of Nigeria' scam ones and quite a few weight loss ones. I use a Mailwasher so they all just get bounced but I shall watch out for Mark.
Bright and breezy here today, the weather and I I've been to curves, discovered I love oatmeal for breakfast...never thought I'd say that, and now it's time to do some bits and bobs around the house.
Now just to remind you, there's a new photo sticky and you lot need to be posting some pics on there...so I know who I am talking to...I was quite impressed that I managed to post one myself...so if I can do it, anyone can

She says I should be eating more fat so the tablets work - when the reason Ive been cutting down on fat is that I dont want to get any nasty side effects

I'm confused as well - I thought the whole point of Xenical was to put you off of eating food with fat in it. I'm with Veggie on this - give the doctor a ring tomorrow.
