Is it Fox's that make those golden something biscuits. Golden crunch? Lovely. Oh and Marks & Sparks extra chocolatey biccies.

The biscuits I used to like way back in 60's, 7o's were Barmouth biscuits. Very flat, crisp and golden. Gorgeous! I have had something fairly similar recently but not quite the same.

Well done YoYoDee. This is what can be done when we avoid the biscuits, girls, (or in my case today Marks extremely chocolatey caramels). Bad girl!

Hmmmmm that half a pund has gone back on this week. Although my leader say's it could be due to the fact that I attended the evening meeting and not my normal morning meeting.

I stayed the same this week - a bit disappointed as I've done 4 really hard workouts and stayed on programme - poo!

leigh-r it definitely will be because you weighed in in the evening i usually weigh 2-3lbs more later in the day than i do first thing in the morning so i'm weighing in in the afternoons now so i get a more realistic reading so if you think about it you probably LOST not GAINED

Scrap what I said yesterday - I've lost 2lb! I woke up this morning and I could feel that something had shifted - sure enough, I've lost 2lb. I think I needed an extra rest day to let my muscles relax after 4 days in a row of workouts.

So I'm taking today as my official weigh day, not yesterday - a bit naughty I know but hey, I'll take what I can get!

Start weight 9-11

Wk 5 9-4 Phew!!

WK 6 9-5 AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

In my defense it was mine & my hubby's birthday during the week so it could have been a lot worse!!

Or it could have been those custard creams / hob nobs / choccie biccies we were thinking about!!!!

AAAAAAAARGH!!!!
I got weighed today.NOT GOOD.I have put on the three pounds that I had lost, thus I am again 5lb off 2 stone lost. I HAD got there once.
Trouble is that I keep getting low blood sugar readings early in the morning, e.g. 01:00hrs and am eating my emergency chocolate mini bars so I don't have a complete hypo and lose consciousness.
I don't know what to do....I have already lowered my insulin injection....what next?

Now I am in such a grot mood that I want to eat everything in the house 'cos I don't have the will and perseverance to carry on flogging a dead horse, as they say.......
And now it is blowing a gale and raining....well at least the forecast was correct. Glad I went out this morning whilst the sun shone ........

Didn't get weighed tonight went to pictures instead. Trouble is I shall be down in Hampshire this weekend (nephew's birthday) so I guess the pounds may pile on!
