I stayed the same this week (just to prove not all of us can lose weight during our TOM!), or maybe it was something to do with that pizza I had on Thursday night? - surely not?

I won't be weighed until tonight but must admit I was out a lot at weekend so ate crap basically. I did see 5 films though so if there is any justice I worked calories off fantasising about Johnny Depp as a pirate (Pirates of the Caribbean!). I bet I gained though.

Well my weigh in day was on Sunday while i was in the middle of my birthday celebrations so i wasn't too hopeful!!!
But i was pleasantly suprised....DOWN 2 lbs!!! Yippeee!!! which i was really pleased about as i had been up 2lbs the week before so my weight loss is now as follows
Start weight 9-11
Wk 1 9-8
Wk 2 9-6
Wk 3 9-4
Wk 4 9-6
Wk 5 9-4

I am still on target to reach my goal weight of 8-10 in 4 weeks time!!! If i can stay off the booze

Wish me luck....!

Well done loser girls. I maintained this week...am glad about that, was a tad naughty with a few custard creams....
Am preparing for the hurricane this morning, it's all that's been on the news all week, and they didn't even shut the schools down yet, so I suppose I have to go into work today!

I have found out something whilst posting on this sight...somehow you always write the truth down, no matter how bad you have been....this site is like a truth drug!!!It is so good to know you can be honest and still get all the support you need to get back on track, without all the put downs you may get at a slimming club.....so back to BritinNJ ...can we come and share the custard creams with you over coffee ???? It would save you HAVING to feel you had to eat them all......

I'll just join you for a black coffee if you don't mind, not too keen on custard creams, they go a bit soggy when you dunk them!!!

If anyones' got a chocolate digestive going spare i'll dunk that!!

Teel..........I have the same problem with this group also, i can't come on here and say, "oh i've been really good today" it would make me feel really bad if i hadn't , honesty is the best policy, that way you;ll get the support you need!!
