Drumroll please I lost 4 pounds this week!!!!! Oh yes I did and I am sooooooooo happy and I feel great.

Well done everyone!

I did not go to the club yesterday as I had a report to finish and anyway as I mentioned - our leader has left so I am deciding what to do. I think I will try to do it on my own following SW principles and if it gets too hard, rejoin.

Well done to all the loosers......especially to cat90 (a few beers a night and still manage to lose....i'm impressed!!) lol

I on the other hand have neither gained nor lost this week......not surprised tho- two seperate days of sneaking cake and alcohol!!!!! hmmmmm not quite as lucky as some

Oh well, better luck next week.....I have just done my weekly food plan and hopefully i will stick to it!!

STILL 4 lbs off my goal weight and only 2 weeks left to acheive it!! sounds easier than it is!!

Thanks for the encouragement Teel!!!

I have been shopping and bought everything off my meal planner, and yesterday, sat down to a healthy lunch and dinner i had a small glass of white wine with my fish dinner but no dessert!!! arn't i good? I am determind to reach my goal!!

Started Tuesday with a healthy breakfast and my water intake is looking good!!!

Fingers crossed that i stick to it..........it's going to be a long week!!

Well done to all those of you that have lost this week...keep up the good work......I hope i'm amongst you all next week!!

No loss for me this week, stayed the same but that is ok, much more ok than having a gain so hope to show another loss next week, sometimes I do this, lose, stay same, lose....I can handle it Good luck to everyone else who has a weigh in coming up.

Am too scared to stand on the scales after all the wine I drank last week, how sad is that.

Am back on the straight and narrow now, will post a weight once I manage to unearth the scales from a mountain of washing currently piled on top, no where else to put it
