Oh I'm so sorry gals......I got weighed this week and I've put on half a pound.....my fault entirely of course.Too much chocolate over Easter and a Chinese and an Indian takeaway over the past couple of weeks to add insult to injury.
I have been very lax and not posted for a couple of weeks with my results. Well I think the last time I should have done so was on 14th APril when I went up from 13st 2.5 to 13st 5. Yesterday 28th April I was down one pound (hurrah!) to 13st 4lb. Mind you for some reason whenever it is a star week I lose! I actually have less of an appetite then so I am usually up the week before (that was Easter so no class).
I'm delighted to report that I've lost 5.5lbs this week! I REALLY wanted to get my 10% keyring this week, & not only did I achieve that, but I've already lost 2.5lbs towards my next major goal of 200lbs. I'm expecting a small loss next week because I've had a big loss today, but I don't care - for now I'm happy!
Thanks Cathy, but I can't honestly take the credit for having willpower - it was more by luck than judgement this week!
Truth is I had one dodgy day when I was over my points, but not by too much, & then Sunday night I went completely off the rails! I think that binge must have served to bump my metabolism up so that when I was good again it made a big difference! Like I say, I think it will balance out next week!
