Hopefully by next weeks weigh-in I will be losing again, or at least not putting anything on. Hubby starts work tomorrow so I will have more restraint over what I eat as I will be spending more time at home. This weeks weigh-in not until tomorrow, but I haven't exactly been an angel this week, so am not expecting too much.

Weighed in this morning. This pesky pound. This week my pesky pound is OFF. Not bad to say that I have had three Chinese's since my weigh-in last week. So from today I am gonna be good (ok I will try to be good). Hubby is off to work so time for me to spring clean the house.

Well done everyone...well I am back on the scales again after the enforced break.
I was really aprehensive about getting on the scales again . The last time I weighed I had just increased my calories to 1250 a day and I had gained 3lbs and was back up to 164lbs.....I was worried because if I had gained any more I wouldn't be sure if it was the increase in calories or if it was the after effects of TOM....Well the scales said a loss of 1lb, down to 163lbs....This is quite obvioulsy the reason the doctor told me I had to ignore the scales for the past couple of weeks and start again from scratch from this week.....I am feeling pretty good about actually seeing a loss from the last time I got weighed....I think that is probably a good sign that increasing my calories hasn't caused me to gain weight, if it had I would not be showing a loss from the last time I was weighed...so now it is all ahead from here, carrying on at 1250 calories a day and we will see what happens next week.

Stayed the same, don't really deserve that as I haven't been putting as much effort in since Thursday night and the opening of the wine bottle.

This week I am determined to eat like an angel and have a postive loss next week

And the scores on the doors for this week are

BritinNj = 0lbs
Leigh = -1lbs
MelissaA = -2.5lbs
Peacock = +1lbs
Posy = -1lbs
Sal = 0lbs

Giving us a loss of 3.5lbs .

Which gives us a total loss so far, of 93.5lbs , 6 stone 9.5lbs

Baby steps Baby steps Baby steps

At last managed to get back in to post this. Had trouble accessing the site.

Well only 1 pound on which is not bad considering I was sulking because I did not think I "deserved" last week's gain. I went off the rails a bit.

Talking of which, after watching a couple of films, I past the old Hammersmith Odeon whatever it is called now (Labatts?). I had to cross over to avoid a HUGE amount of ageing Donny Osmond fans!

I know one or two of you have seen him recently. I hope you behaved with decorum (not like those Tom Jones fans, they are bad they are!).

I used to love Donny Osmond, but as I grew more sensible I bacame Duran Durans biggest fan. I would go and see them now if Roger Taylor was playing drums - he was gorgorous Not sure I would be decorus - not sure thats the right word, if indeed it is a word ?
