Hi. I buy a lot of foriegn cookies and I noticed the nutritional information lists kcals. What is the conversion to calories? For instance, 8oz of Mango juice is 113kcal. How many would that be in calories?

Any help would be appreciated.

By the way, you will also probably notice that the serving sizes on a lot of European labels are generally given per 100 grams instead of in ounces or portions which can take some getting used to. I believe 100 grams is around 3 1/2 oz?
