Breakfast fell in to the very sensible range today, rather late but black coffee with sweetener, one banana and two digestive biscuits.....should weigh less tonight, I'm off to have my hair cut
Hi, stayed the same this week, not too bad considering my 50 something point meal at Outback over the weekend, so am still a happy bunny

Gonna be a scorcher here today so I reckon I might sweat a few pounds off today...every little helps I say.
