Stayed the same again this week, not really surprised as I had scrummy loaded with calories food over the 4th. Today I am over points too, gave myself a day off. Had a lovely hoagie down the beach this afternoon after work, seafood filling and it was delish and after frollicking in the sea, and being blown about by high winds later in the afternoon, went to a diner and had a large slab of carrot cake, it was too delish for words...really enjoyed eating rather naughtily though but will be right back on plan tomorrow

Hello to one and all.
I have had a week off from ww.
Today I went to get weighed in as usual.
And...I got a shock...I soon jumped off them scales in disbelief. I had lost weight. I have moved into the next stone as well. I have lost 3.5lbs on my week off!!
Hubby has booked us a holiday to Bulgaria in June 2004, so I have 47 wks to lose some more weight. Then he is going to buy me some new clothes for me holiday, and possibly a bikini or two!!

Oh well done to everyone on the losing and maintaining track right now!!

I got weighed this week on the usual scales, and was a bit disappointed 'cos my body felt as if it were lighter so I was quite excited. In the event, though, my last weigh said 73.4kg, and this time it was 73.8kg. Humph!!!

Oh well, it's another week in two days time....

Well done to Leigh and peacock and everybody else who said the same or was disappointed, as Teel said it is nearly a new week.

I lost half a pound, was very surprised I had not stuck to plan last week at all - was a very pleasant surprise.

No weigh in this week will be at mum and dads caravan. Am on holiday froom work for 3 whole weeks

Leugh - Sarah used to have a really good BMI calculator site, will see if I can track it down for you

DOn't know how on earth I managed it but I have lost one pound this week, and that was with four days off off plan!! Am well chuffed though but realise I can't do this constantly cos it won't just work.
Am feeling a bit under the weather today though Woke up with a sore throat and now am sneezing and feel all clogged up in the head, have taken some meds and won't be long before I hit the sack....
Hope you all do ok with your weigh in's and have a good week girls.

No weigh-in for me this week as I was on an all day course follwed by a shift at work. Although I think it is safe to say that I will have gained as TOM arrived this week.

Will be weighing in shortly. Will be a gain after my week away, and am going away again on Friday, but I will go and have a reality check regardless.

OK I went last night, I weighed and I contemplated. Gained 2.5lbs .

I do not want to go back in a fortnight after Aviemore and gain another 2.5lbs .

I know exactly where the weight has come from, wine . OK I like it, it likes me, but it has to go. Will be a challenge. Last night me and ray drank a couple of bottles, we are on holiday but that will be even more of it sticking to my hips.

I emailed Gail, very nice WW lady. She compared our weight loss journeys last night to a bike ride and over the last couple of months I have definately been on the scenic route my weight has gone no where since the middle of May . Well it has, it's gone up and then back down and up again

But I do see this year as a good thing, previously I would just have given everything up and gone back to my old ways. At least this year I am still thinking about it :sunny

As I see it I have a choice to make, either I drink every single night and go back to WW in a fortnight and have another gain and be back up to 14stone 10 or something like that or I choose to drink only a little, I move this butt some more and I go back with a stay the same or even a small loss.

as they say the choice is mine

Congrats Leigh-R, well done for you. My scales showed a three pound loss this week, and I couldn't believe it, but I think it's cos I've been feeling rather under the weather with a rather nasty summer cold that just won't go away. So although I ate quite badly over last weekend, I've made up for it during the week and had very low point days due to no appitite.
