That's brilliant Ali!!!!

After being stuck before it must be great to see it coming off so consistently again - hopefully in 4 weeks time we'll all be celebrating with you!!!

Well done Super Ali. you are awesome. I am proud to announce a 1lb loss this week too
Good luck to everyone else who weigh in after this, we are all doing so well, we should all be very proud of ourselves for our journey's and our help that we give to each other. I for one know I couldn't do this alone, and the support I receive here is phenomonal.
Here's to another fantastic week for all.

Well done Chris! Thanks for sounding so cheery & positive, too - it rubs off!

I've lost 3lbs this week, & I've now got 4lbs to go to get my 10% keyring. I'm getting there!

Erm I have just read somewhere that if you stop exercising that when you start again your body isn't use to it anymore and will often cling to your "fat" and hence you all of a sudden stop losing weight until your body gets use to the exercise again.

The reason I am pointing this out is I am unsure if it is true. However, when I orginally started my diet I was losing weight. I then started exercising and started maintaing for a few weeks. Then the weight came off. I stopped exercising and again started maintaining, then the weight started to come off. Then I joined slimming world, started exercising and am again maintaining.

Anyone else found the same??

One very happy bunny reporting another 2lbs lost again this week.
2lbs away from goal...omg I can't believe it...I really am almost there.
Was hoping I could do it next week, but then remembered I am off to Glasgow on friday for the weekend so I will miss next weeks weigh in. and the week after TOM will be due
Never mind, I will be keeping my fingers crossed that the same thing happens this month as happened last month, I lost 2 lbs

Carol if you want to drop me a message with your email address and phone number I will send you mine too if you are still ok to meet up next saturday

Ali
