Yes, Helen & I are doing our usual diet nagging by text every day! She's doing fine but she's just been pretty shattered lately & so hasn't had chance to surf much, although I believe she's had a look at your website because she sent me a text today to say that she found your experience of going too low with your calories interesting. I think I might have prompted that because she hopped on the scales & appeared to have a gain despite being good - I sent her a text saying look what happened to you; torturing yourself for days over nothing, because you'd lost by the time weigh-day came round! Isn't it nice to know you're providing such a good example?

Sorry I haven't been posting lately. Shelley told me I was being asked about, which prompted me to catch up tonight with whats been happening.

So Congrats to Melissa, Teel and Carol for wedding and weight losses and targets reached! And anyone I've missed.

I have been struggling since I last posted. First because we are planning to move to Wales and had seen a really nice house. Our offer was accepted but then the vendors withdrew the sale. I was really upset so did some comfort eating which just got me out of dieting basically and its taken me several weeks to get back on track, with some yo-yoing involved. I've also been feeling quite ill and run down and the only thing thats been giving me any energy is eating. However I do feel a lot better this week so hope for a loss on Wednesday.

On the positive side I have managed to lose 3lb since I last posted and have now lost 1 1/2 stone, I'm only 3lb away from my 10% target now.

I promise I will post more regularly from now on!

yes shell it is really nice to know that even when I am struggling myself just writing everything down shows other people that it isn't just happening to them and all they have to do is hang in there

Sorry to hear about your move Helen, the same thing has happened to me, all I kept telling myself was that something better was waiting for me, I know it doesn't really make you feel any better at the time tho and I hope you find something else soon.
Well done for getting back on track ...Just hang in there

Went to my usual Monday class. Bit quieter than usual as most of the "usual suspects" either did not turn up or left early. Also the leader was being assessed by another team leader which put a bit of a dampner on everything. Never mind!

I still lost one whole pound!

Hopefully I am now aiming in the right direction!

Well done on a pound gone never to be seen again, Peacock!

Congratulations on the job Leigh-R - hope that goes well, & who knows it might even help your dieting efforts, too.

Will report back from my weigh-in later. I think I've lost some judging by my own scales, but probably not as much as I would have had I not gone off the rails at the weekend! If it was all weekdays dieting would be so easy!

Thanks all for the support. Leigh-r congrats on the job. What does it entail? Let's hope it keeps the munchies at bay!

2lbs off this week! I'm pleasantly surprised to still have lost after the pigging I did at the weekend, but I'm not going to get too complacent about it! Only 7lbs to go to keyring now so I'm raring to go!

my job is as a carer, but they asked me at interview to apply for the managers job as I am over qualified for the carers position. Anything that keeps me out of the house will help me to lose weight.

I've managed to lose last weeks gain plus a further 1lb so I've now lost 22lb in total since New Year and have 2lb to go to get to keyring and 10% target. Somehow I don't think I will manage it next week though with 3 days in Cornwall and then 4 in Wales.

Well done everybody.

I have been very remiss of my weight tallying duties recently. I will tally up however many weeks it has been tomorrow morning, I am weighing in tomorrow morning - scary !!!!

My nose is bothering me I like to see all the weights adding up and our total growing and growing.

Watch this space it will appear here some time tomorrow
