Well, weigh in today and have been good all over Easter so I hope it's a good one. I was very disappointed last week when I only lost 1/2 lb and I had been 100% and I had joined the gym and been twice!!

Hope everyone out there had a good Easter.

Hi Antari, that's a good loss! I love getting to those big milestones, my favourite is moving down a stone, so now I'm waiting to get under 16 stone, still a bit to go for me yet mind! But only 2 more pounds and I'll get my stone award too- hooray!

Hi all,
Just joined 3FC
I'm aiming to drop another 10 lbs between now and my wedding in May (2 lbs per week). I did 6 weeks on lipotrim and lost 2 st 1 lb. Then I switched to slimming world and lost 3.5 lbs in week 1 and 4 lbs in week 2 . I weigh in on Tuesdays. I enjoy reading all the posts and find they help me to keep focused
Hope everyone is having a good weight loss this week
Love ff x

Hi FF

Good weight loss! I did Lighterlife a couple of years ago and gained 3 and a half stone when I came off it (not straight away of course )

I joined Slimming World 8 weeks ago and nearly to my 1 stone loss, it's slow for me but I can eat all my favourite foods and I intend to keep it off this time and not go back to my bad habits.

Cheers Antari, bits & veggi

I was afraid of exactly what you described, Antari. You've done great to lose nearly a stone - hope we can all be "losers" together ...and I love that I can eat all my favourite foods too

p.s. can you tell I love the smilies

That's the way I look at it too! 8 more pounds and you'll be half way there already!

Doh! Just figured it out...and done it! I think the weight loss this week must have come directly from my brain

It's exciting to see my ticker getting close to the half way mark - soon have less to lose than I've already lost ff x
