i am getting so fustrated with my self.... i do fine till @ 5 pm .. cant seem to make myself get to the gym or walk lately... OK this morning I will make myself get out there and walk.. anyone know where i can get one of those Hannibal lechter face locks to keep the stuff outta my mouth i am not sposed to eat???

oh Curly!!!! don't give up hope! I know you can do it....just think smaller blocks of time to get through a food crisis. If you know that you're time is terrible at 5pm, then put up blocks to stop you from being tempted. Chew gum while cooking, brush your teeth, have veggies ready for a quick grab, go for a walk with Chai dog. If you're snacky while watching tv, keep your fingers busy, use a Crest whitestrip on your teeth, ...(personally eating a pickle stops my sweet tooth)....after one day of better choices, hopefully that will turn to another day of OP etc etc. We all know what to do, but its whether we do it or not. You've done it before and YOU CAN DO THIS AGAIN!!!!

day 2 of being OP... met a friend and we walk for 2 hours!!! then went for some lunch (i had grilled asparagus-yum! and a bowl of soup) then we walked some more... checked out the boardwalk and walked some more...
Hi girls. Its the first day of ds's cycle break and I had all but given up hope of working out. Then I remembered, he's got PSR for an hour so I dropped him off at church and then worked out for 50 min!!! Tommorow we will be heading off to the gym in the a.m. as they have daycare. Food was really good today and although tempted by (nasty) pizza (yummm) at costco, I didn't order any and had some tomato soup when we got home.
YES SHE MADE IT 2 DAYS ... BUT WILL SHE MAKE IT 3????
