CURLY AND CARLA!!!! (MY people!!!)

Put down that champagne and hunt through your Gazelle Boxes for the INSTRUCTION ASSEMBLY VIDEO!!!!

Mez, Ultravate 0.05% is a very strong steroid cream only available by prescription from your doctor....I don't think it should be used on the young ones.....

My inner arm may be growing a full mustache!

Assembly video? Curly and I are clearly not on the same Gazelle planet as you, Marble. I also have a few screws that remain steadfastly loose and I haven't tried to complete assembly. Too busy drinking vino and eating lots of bad things. I just wish I had the real as well as the virtual champers! And of course when it's Curly's b'day here in North America, she can have a big bottle too. Meanwhile I'll share mine with her and all the other lushes on this thread. (Not to mention any names, Red and Marble....) It's always easier to share virtual goodies.

I'm a little disappointed in my sinning: the wine is so-so, and the other junk I've bought is so not up to par. And I blew off day 21 for this???

Mez, you always make me laugh. Thanks for the 12-can cake. Just the smile my nose and I needed.

Fluff, you silly thing, good to see you back, although your post was tantalizingly cryptic..

Adios, hasta luego muchachas.

LOL sorry

I'll make it clearer..

I work at a place called Jungle Gym. Its a child development facility. Its not a daycare, so parents MUST stay with their child. I'm on my feet the WHOLE time I am there. We just opened last Friday, cuz we had computer issues. And since the grand opening I've been going non-stop. Between being there and being at school, I barely have time to think. Hence how I screwed up my newest challenge. I need a day or 2 to figure out a new one..or may just start over with that one. My boyfrien has his own idea of what the challenge should be....21 days of sex. I said NOPE lol. Anyhoo...

And about the bunnyhopping LOL

Well, yall know that song "In the jungle, the quiet jungle, the lion sleeps tonight." Thats like our song cuz we're the JUNGLE GYM. LOL so me and one of the other instructors were tryin to figure out ways to transition the kids out of the gym. Cuz we have all these neat climbing toys and such and kids dont want to leave LOL *go figure*. Anyhoo, sorry i keep going off topic LOL, we were listening to that song all afternoon and dancing around...FINALLY we figured out, there are JUST enough beats to do the bunny hop to it...SOOOo...I bunnyhopped for an hour this afternoon. My calves hurt already from the jog i went on the other day, but now hopping and such...They really hurt. Also did the Ketchup Dance *look it up* and TRIED to teach one of the girls the electric slide. I can't believe it, someone that does NOT know the electric slide...but I can't blame here...she was out of the country that decade LOL...

Sorry for the rambling. If u don't believe me about the bunny hop, get yourself a copy of that song and try it. It takes a while to get on the beat but its there LOL...It took me an hour to catch the right beat LOL

Thank you, Fluff, for that explanation. I am not familiar with the electic slide - either too old or out of the country that decade (I really was out of the country for much of my teens). But I know the bunny hop! You must be burning off mega-calories in that place, which is wonderful. Maybe you should try for a challenge that requires an hour of bunny hop per day, and no kiddy snacks with the inmates? (I'm much better at everyone else's challenges than my own...)

Hey - anybody remember me? I sort of fell off the wagon. I got to 199 and I don't know what happened, but I just stopped everything. I gained back up to 205 and then stopped myself, but I am trying to get back into things. I'd like to join back in here, if you will have me. I'm not sure what to do for a challenge yet. Probably just plain old calorie limit. I feel like I'm starting from scratch again at the moment. I hope I can join back in here.

Don't be a silly willy, Gray. Of course you can come back. (Unless of course our RedBalloon uses her veto, which would surprise me so much I'd probably stop posting myself!) Can't you see the arms opened wide in welcome? (I've already replied to your other post.) Of course we expect a pretty gruelling challenge in order to atone for your delinquency...

gray eyed girl - How could one forget you!! I'm sure all would love to see you back! I got knocked off that wagon awhile back and gained 16 lbs. The main thing is your back and ready for action! I look forward to cheering you on! Your going to do great!

carla49 - I'm glad I maked you giggle as long as it didn't cause you pain. I hope I didn't offend anyone it's not that I think you'd actually put 12 cans in I just wanted to make sure I wrote it down right. I once played an April fools joke on my scouts they made a cake with chilli powder in it. I thought for sure one would come and ask if it was a mistake they didn't. I did have 2 boys that loved it! ( I had a backup cake for just incase) Were one of your parents in the military? My nieces just came back from Germany. They loved traveling. My sister and her husband have retired (Air Force) so their traveling days are over.

gray -- Hello! So glad to see you (silly carla!!) Of course you can come back. There is never a need to ask that, unless you've been totally obnoxious and I can't imagine anyone being that and being on this thread in the first place. You seem not to be alone in the success jitters. In fact, I am thinking of starting a new thread or new game to address this phenomenon. In any case, welcome back!

Default Day 19 down!

Day 19 is down, and it's good because the cantor at the temple where I sang for Yom Kippur gave me a King-Size Caramello Bar. Luckily, that's not a particular favorite, but still. I put it in the freezer underneath other stuff. Hopefully I can forget about it for a few days.

Slight rant - At our temple, there's a big break in the afternoon, and the professional singers who aren't Jewish go out for lunch. Well, I didn't want to go to the very expensive and high-calorie Italian restaurant where they always go. I went off and did my own thing. (I also thought, I've been singing for 3 hours and have 3 more to go, why would I want to sit and *talk* for a long lunch? Let me rest! Also, I'm there because it's a job, not to be social. I really didn't have much interest in going and pretending to be everyone's pal.) BUT!!! These people!! They all took it totally personal and were really snotty to me for the rest of the day! I know they must have talked about me over the rigatoni because of the way they all looked at me and were very cold when we all came back. Can you believe that??? Grow up!

Okay, rant over, thanks for reading.

Gray - Welcome back! Great job catching yourself at the weight gain and turning it around. That's the key, never giving up!

Redballoon - Almost finished with thie challenge! Wooh hoo!

Sillyfluff - Bunnyhopping sounds like amazing cardio, so I would consider that as a great sub for your usual workout.

Everyone else, have a great Friday!
