Congratulations, Chaps, on getting through your challenge! WAY TO GO!

You know, I noticed the same thing about chocolate after I did the challenge (although I confess that I went back to my chocoholic ways .. I truly am starting over from nothing again!) it really doesn't taste as good after you break the habit. Except dark chocolate M&Ms. Those are delicious no matter what!

Thankfully, they're rich enough that just 2 or 3 will satisfy a craving.
Curlylocks, you're more than halfway there - keep it up!
red, I'm glad you were able to get your computer fixed. I don't understand the darn things, I'm so glad my hubby does. You better get started on a new challenge, missy. You're the fearless leader!
marbleflys - $60 for lights? Yikes. A good reminder to never go to the dealership - I remember after my old car had a blowout, the dealer claimed it was a complete loss, but I got it fixed at another mechanic. It was several thousand dollars, but it wasn't totalled the way the dealer claimed.
sillyfluff, the "post every day" part is actually a decent challenge. That can be a hard one to keep up with, I know, and it's so important to have the daily inspiration and accountability.
friendsforfitness, I'm interested to hear what you think of the gazelle. I'm a big fan of the elliptical trainer. Please post a review

mez, shove that embarassment aside and jump right back in. If I can, you can. Your hubby drove 2 hours to get your vitamins? Wow, what a guy - that's seriously a sweet thing to do. What a supportive man!

Not weighing yourself for 21 days, huh? You have willpower of steel.
Melody, glad you're through day 2.

You will absolutely get to 21, one day at a time.
fishwoman, that's my challenge too and it is kind of hard! I was doing really well staying below 1600 but, um, stopped doing it and now I am hungry again the way I was when I first started dieting. I think it's hardest when you're SO close. You can do it though!
AppleBlossom, I'm sorry you had to start over again. The sit=ups would be a big challenge for me, I'm impressed.
Shad, I echo what you said about wishing the flab would just vanish. I hate my doughy tummy. Everywhere else really does look better than it did, but the tummy is gross. I wish it would just go away but, of course, it's not that easy.
Well, Day 3 is done. And I exercised today! I walked 45 minutes from my last class to my car - all the way across campus and then off campus to my parking lot (which honestly feels like it might as well be in egypt, for how "convenient" it is to the school with traffic and construction). But, complaints aside, I did it and it felt really good. If I can make that a habit every day, that will get me a lot closer to my 4-hours-per-week goal. So, I'm at 90 minutes so far for exercise this week.
